I had a great time and created a unique, one of a kind gift I look forward to gifting someone near and dear! The team members were all very friendly and knowledgeable, offering useful advice to first timers like me. The process is well organized and timely. I was also pleased by the cleanliness. The only drawback for me is the seating. Every group sits on stools with no back support. This would be fine for projects lasting just an hour or so. However, my friends and I worked on more intricate pieces which took us up to 4 hours to complete, after which point we were sore all over. This is particularly concerning for those with back problems.
