Chris Simpson did a paint job for my father in law in early 2012. Recently I visited my in laws and noticed that there was no caulking in the siding joints and the caulking was cracking and splitting in many areas. The paint looked good, but I felt the prep work was not well done. Chris Simpson price was almost double of what I paid for my own home in the bay area and my home is bigger. My father in law has become hard of hearing so he asked me to call Chris and see if he could remedy the situation. After four phone calls over a three week period I give up. Chris Simpson is either out of business or he does not care. I have given him plenty of time to get back to me and explain the situation, but he has been unresponsive. I suggest you avoid this painter. Prep work is crucial to a quality paint job. In this case Chris Simpson failed. Also, customer service after the sale is not important to him at all!

I was grateful when my neighbor recommended Handyman & Painter Lake Forest for painting services. Yesterday, they came to our house to repaint our kitchen. Their work is pretty amazing. They also charged me a reasonable price. The quality of their work is splendid!

Really great customer service - when my bumper wasn't damaged enough to warrant repair, they took out a couple of wrenches and locked it in place, and then refused to take payment. It left me smiling and really grateful:-)

Fence looks great, 20 years old but looks like new! Highly recommended.

Great spacious atmosphere! Plenty of room to stand back and really see what you are doing!
