Professional, excellent job, reliable, and at a fair price. We hired Hangtown Painting after first trying to paint the entire house ourselves, and then getting estimates from a number of painting companies of different sizes. We were impressed with Robert and his company from the beginning. His estimate was fair and reasonable. He was very knowledgeable, made good suggestions, and was willing to work around us as we repaired other parts of the house. (It is a foreclosure, that was abandoned for 3 years, so needed lots of help.) That was just the beginning - the quality of the work was also absolutely outstanding. We painted the entire interior a much lighter color that originally there, and there is no bleed through. The trim work, completed in high gloss absolute white looks so smooth and sleek that it is amazing. No brush marks at all!! One small problem did occur, but Robert immediately acknowledged it, made the corrections without any fuss, and was thoroughly pleasant to work with. AND, to make things even more special, he will be doing touch up AFTER we have completed repairs, covering any damage we may make as we install new floors, plumbing and electrical, and all WITHOUT an extra charge. Needless to say, Robert and Hangtown Painting will be doing the exterior of this house and the "granny flat" that is also on the property. Addition - 5 years later and we still love the work Robert and Hangtown painting did on our house. We did add the exteriors of both the main house and granny flat and also the interior of the granny flat. Then we had Hangtown paint interior of a rather large rental house we have. All jobs were completed on time, on budget, and the finishes were outstanding and are still holding up well. The rental did not even need repainting when we changed renters. The surfaces cleaned beautifully and the entire house still looked freshly painted for the new tenants. Outstanding!!!

We have used these guys several times for painting. I am a contractor so know a lot of painters but when it comes to doing things right, on time, and not having the worry about who is in your home, these guys are the best. Their rates are fair and Bob is always keeping you updated by phone, text, or email with job status. You can definitely trust his guys to be in your home. We have had him paint walls, ceilings, cabinets, and even exterior of buildings. He will match the paint for you if needed and his guys have all the special tools to get into the hard to reach places that would take up tons of time to do on your own, not to mention how much better and professional the painting looks when you use them.
