As President and Creative Director I was invested in bringing my beloved community up to date with a modern color scheme, and raising the value of each home by repairing exterior elements that fell under the responsibility of the HOA. I personally interviewed 4 companies before I and the Board of Directors decided to move forward with Advanced Painting & Wood Repair, APWR. My experience with APWR, from beginning to end, was positive and transparent. Mr. Williams, APWR Manager, and Mr. Rafael, APWR Foreman, were accommodating, well organized, and communicative. They proposed several modern color schemes; identified exterior wood/metal repairs; created a comprehensive workflow schedule; and presented a visual diagram dividing the scope of work into 5 phases (making it easy to digest for all residents). I would highly recommend APWR to anyone who is interested in their services.

Henry's just painted our home and we are very happy. The three men on our porch are Jorge Figuroa, Martin Alcantar, amd Guillermo Munoz. The photos do not do justice to the colors and their great work. They were absolutely fantastic!

Do not hire. Buyer beware. Of all the dozens of tradesmen I’ve dealt with remodeling my home over the past 2 years, Peter Wilson was the most unprofessional. We agreed on a price and a schedule for an interior painting job. He didn’t stand by either. He didn’t come through as scheduled and then strung me along for weeks that turned into months. Then finally, when I pressed him for a commitment, he said he would only do the job for more money and on his own schedule. In the end, it was apparent that he was just using me, stringing me along as backup while he prioritized other jobs to his liking. If he didn’t want to do the job, fine, just tell me upfront. But instead he strung me along, wasted months of my time, then changed the terms and left me hanging. Extremely unprofessional.

This is by far the best contractor experience I've ever had! Jim is very responsive, reliable and polite. His work was started and finished on time and the cleanup was perfect. He and his assistant, Allen, exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him to anyone needing deck work. Now, I can't wait to have them paint my house in the Spring!

The paint on the hood of my daughters car was faded and peeling, but the rest of the car was shiny and perfect. It is a 15 year old car and we could not justify spending a bunch of money. We got a few estimate, Maaco was the lowest and was in the range I could justify. I did consider maybe "you get what you pay for", but I figured as long as it was "close enough" the car would look much better. Three days later I came to get the car and was very impressed; the color match was great, and the car looked great. They really got it right. The shop owner even provided some fasteners to help with some internal hood lining that had come undone, and put it back in place for me. Overall, I"m very happy with the experience.

Chuck was fantastic. Very quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. He worked with me and my wife to find the color that worked for our house, and he was very accommodating when I needed to make changes during the middle of our project. Price was fair and workmanship was professional. I highly recommend him.
