David and his team did a fantastic painting job to my house! They were contracted to paint my neighbor's house originally, and I hired him as well after interviewing him. He was very professional, and his team was very experienced and skillful. They did a very good job by promising and delivering good work. They were very neat, tidy, and thorough during the entire job. They inspected areas that needed additional work, and gave me good advice on how to resolve the issues. They painted the stairwell very well with some repairs, and they also painted the alleyway and sidewalk with good choice of color and quality paint. They paid attention to details very much. In addition, they also scraped down one of the exterior door and did some work to prolong its life so as to save me from replacing the whole door. I am very happy with J-1 Painting as they really care for customers! On the side note, I found out that David was a graduate of a reputable art college in San Francisco. I believe that's why he is so detailed oriented to provide quality work standard from an artist's standpoint. More importantly, he also requires the same standard to his work crew. The most important thing above all is that they offered me a very good price quote, and I am so happy to be able to afford the home improvement now instead of waiting for another year for available funds. My daughter spoiled me and organized the whole event, the two of us had a wonderful time with a glass of wine, even cheese ( not part of the normal program) good music and a wonderful instructor Sarah. Can not wait for the next mother and daughter night out...

Yefim and his crew are exceptional. Everything was so well organized and the prep was meticulous on this exterior job. I have a 4 story victorian with embellishments and they were so attentive to detail and made repairs where needed. The men were so courteous and friendly and they left the house looking amazing. Their cost is reasonable and was also far lower than one high-end painter. Frankly, I don't know how it could have been done better.
