John and Pat Pursley appear to be a very nice couple, but as a business, Pursley Paving is a real disappointment. When the company first came to do the job, they broke up the old asphalt and laid the gravel. That same day, John assured me they'd return in 3 weeks to pour the new asphalt. After tracking gravel in to our home for TWENTY FIVE weeks and numerous phone calls to him, they finally got here to pave. We don't like paying $5000 for a job that is dissatisfactory. The business owner promised numerous times to come, never has shown up and doesn't return phone calls or emails. This has gone on for over a year and a large crack has now appeared, along with the other issues. So if you're needing your driveway paved and want to see the job they do, feel free to come to 24 Stephens Crt. in Simcoe and check it out. I see word is getting around about you and dissatisfied customers. I'm glad, as it would be a shame for people to keep getting ripped off without being forewarned. You don't deserve their business after what you did to us.
