Paving Contractors

Worst company to deal with when trying to schedule a job. I live in a condo complex with 30 units. They come every year and do 5-6 units. For the past 2 years myself and my landlord have been trying to get them to come and put a second coat on ours. Half the time you get voice mail... no return call. The other half a lady answers, takes your details and says someone will call... no one ever does. First time we actually got a real answer we were told they won't come out to do 1 unit, not worth it. You are a paving company, that's what you do. Not to mention they have done 4 units in the summer again. Then a few weeks ago they ripped up about 8 units and today came and paved them again. And again... mine isn't touched because they won't return false or book an appointment. I could have been part of the multiple units (because they won't just do 1 unit) but skipped again. But it's who my condo board recommends. What a joke of a company!

Great company and fantastic to deal with. Our driveway expansion is now 4 years old, and in perfect condition The men that came to our house were friendly and very professional. We are very please with the work they did and would recommend them.

Awesome company

K-W Cornerstone made such a nice Driveway to my brother in Cambridge. My brother is really picky about quality, but he was surprised how well and precise these guys made it. Thanks a lot to Matthew!

I called to get a quote and Mario showed up very quickly. We were impressed! When I asked him how soon we would have the work done he said 2-3 weeks and that they would call a few days before to let us know they are coming. I explained we are planning on selling our home and want the work done as soon as possible - he reassured me it would be started in 2-3 weeks. There was no deposit or contract so we just trusted that they would actually do the work for us. Mario also told us he could cut the curb and expand the apron of driveway onto the boulevard. I didn't think that sounded like something that he could just do as it is city property. I called bylaw to verify if this was something we could do and they told us absolutely not as we have a single car garage. Bylaw told us had we gone ahead and cut the curb and expanded the apron (which would have cost us an extra $700 as per Marios quote) we would have had to fix it back to a single car apron and pay to have it fixed. As the owner of a company that specializes in paving driveways I am pretty sure he should know he can't just expand an apron and cut the curb. I do not work in anything close to this industry but common sense says bylaw won't allow that. Unbelievable! So was probably a scam to get more money. Over 3 weeks had passed and we still hadn't heard from them. I called 3 times throughout one week and left a message each time with the receptionist. I explained we are going to be selling and need to know if the company is even going to do the job or not. No one ever called back. Last week I called on Monday one last time and asked to speak to Mario. Again the receptionist took my information and once again a week later he has not called me back. We understand if your busy. But it is not difficult to make a phone call and keep your customers happy. All I wanted to know is when the job will be started. It has now been a month and a half - I have made 4 phone calls and left 4 messages with the receptionist and have not had one returned call. I am assuming they will not be showing up and now we can't get our driveway replaced this year as all the other companies are booked. We trusted them to do the work as he reassured me they would do a good thorough job explaining their process because they want to have word of mouth spread. Funny because the customer service is terrible and sets the tone for what the job would have been. Word of mouth from a negative customer service experience spreads pretty fast too. We will invest our money with another company next year if we are still here or ensure the people who purchase our home do not use this company.

Need something paved? You've come to the right place.

Barney is a great guy to deal with considering how busy he is. Helped me with all my concerns and did and amazing job in my driveway!

Good people.

I am so happy with the wonderful job they did on my driveway very professional and pleasant to work with.

They are just terrible. They were supposed to do my drive way in August and it's mid September now but no one came or even bothered to inform about the delay.I wish I could give them -5 stars. No one picks up the phone,it's always on answering machine and no one calls back.Wonder how they survive in this business. Update ; They called today September 21 2017.I cancelled my order.

Let me start off by saying that I am a very picky person, and after having 3 other estimates prior to Hamilton pavings I met some "interesting" individuals so I was on the sceptical side when John showed up at my place but not only was he on time & polite, he was by far the most knowledgable person to show up, understood exactly what I wanted and gave his opinion on what would work best, the job was completed in a timely fashion and to the exact specifications given to me, keep up the good work....

I've worked with Arrowhead Paving on a few projects and each time their performance is excellent. Highly recommended company!

Loved the crew. And I got a fair price and great workmanship on my driveway. I recommend them to everyone as I get a ton of compliments on my awesome driveway! Book ahead as they are busy for a reason!

Bell City Paving just resurfaced my driveway, and did an excellent job. One of my garage doors was jammed and the “team” fixed it in minutes. They were efficient and took great care with the surrounding lawns and retaining walls. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
