Had a wonderful experience working with this team, they were really very helpful.

This is an absolutely terrible lawyer. He completely misled me about the fees - told me he works on contingency and then later, when he decided my case was risky, he withdrew that offer but denied ever saying that he works on contingency (which is the only reason I agreed to hire him to begin with since I couldn’t afford a retainer fee). When I confronted him on this, he completely denied it and then handed me an already prepared affidavit withdrawing as my lawyer. He then proceeded to call both myself and my mom liars and said we weren’t “credible” clients, hence why he had to withdraw. I found this interesting as it felt staged since he had already prepared the affidavit. Two weeks after this, he sent me a bill for over $3000 and a nasty letter, which made several false accusations about what I said during our first and only in person meeting. He is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, is a poor communicator, is unethical, and is just downright mean. I DO NOT recommend.

We would highly recommend the Stringham Law Firm because of our exceptional experience with Carson Foggin, a Lawyer at their Lethbridge firm. We live at a distance and were helping our daughter in the Lethbridge area. He and his assistant helped our daughter and us with a difficult custody case. They were very careful to help us understand and complete the steps necessary for the case. We attended court twice with Carson and were very impressed with his professional representation. It was quite different from other lawyers involved. It is obvious that Carson and his firm are highly respected by local judges for their professional, no nonsense approach. Was quoted $75 for a couple of signatures which was expensive compared to other places but they were able to get me in that day to get it done so chose to go with that. When I got my bill it said $125 +tax. I told them that I was quoted $75, they replied "we start at $75" I would not recommend going here

Never an issue, from handling business incorporations and filings, notarizing, custodial matters, or divorces. I will not go anywhere else in the greater Edmonton area for legal matters.

I've used Walter as a notary 4 times this past year. Every time he has been able to see me the same day.
