ladies in his office are not just rude and disrespectful to clients but also liars. poor brij to have to deal with their drama and attitude. also handled accident claim poorly very lazy legal work not at all satisfied with the outcome. will not choose edmonton firm ever again.

We had our wills/power of attorney done with Shelley Smith. She was very thorough and professional. We have yet to meet a more competent and ethical professional like her and her team.. we would definitely recommend them to anyone who need legal advice.

Phoned, they told me they would notarize my will not and told me how much. The next week I had my will done up and phones to make sure they would have two people there as the will required a notary and a witness. The lady was not pleasant and they told me they wouldn't do it. I told her I phoned last week and they said they could, they would not do anything for me, even though I notified them that I had used them on more then one occasion in the past. Either they made up the will for $500 to 800 or nothing. Will not go back to them all they care about is money.

Terrance, Cindy, and everyone here are great! I dealt with Terrance years ago on a property, and recently, after very poor advice from two far more expensive lawyers on an issue I decided to look him up as I felt that they were both INCORRECT, within two minutes into the call he said “no problem, I can get that done for you” Sure enough, 10 to 14 days later he had totally done what the others had said would take at least 12 WEEKS, and it was done at a fraction of the cost!!! Cindy was quick, efficient, and HONEST with me and I couldn’t ask for more Solid 1 on 1 advice, and being treated like a human rather than a “paycheque” is worth 10 stars, keep up the great work guys!

So disappointed in Nadia, she filed a claim, a year later was ready to present our offer and couldn't take the time to respond to our questions. It appears she is only here for the quick buck and not concerned about her clients at all. We sent 2 emails asking questions about the claim she wanted to file. She did respond and asked what we thought was fair. We wrote back with what we thought and her response was " I do not feel that you are being realistic about this claim. I do have obligations to other clients. I can see that this file will require a large investment of my time without the expectation that you will settle on a reasonable basis. I would ask that you seek another lawyer to act as counsel for you in this matter." Wow, really !!!!!!! You asked what we thought, we never said no, we were asking questions and looking out for our best interest. I guess a quick $30,000 in her pocket appears to be all she saw and no worries or concerns for her clients.......on to the next easy $30,000.
