Pest Control

There's a reason that this place has such excellent reviews - I found M&M on Yelp after spotting carpenter ants in our basement. I spoke to someone on the phone and was able to schedule someone to come right away. Raymond and Anthony came on time and were both very kind, considerate (took off their shoes), and provided very detailed explanations. They gave a lot of information on carpenter ants, showed me their entry points, walked me through their plan of attack and why they were doing each step. It was not cheap, but Raymond also walked me through some less expensive alternatives (combo of them doing less exhaustive treatments and us doing some home treatments) as well and allowed me to decide what I was most comfortable with that would be safe for my young children and dogs. They came a few days later to carry out the plan we agreed upon, and I could not be happier. Ants are gone, and I feel confident my home is protected. They left our home clean, and also did a walk through around the periphery of my house to ensure no other entry points were left compromised. Raymond really went above and beyond to explain everything, as well as what to keep an eye out for in the future. Fast forward a few months after the treatment and I called again to ask advice on what to do about mosquitoes. Raymond spent a great deal of time on the phone walking me through what I could do and that coming in would hopefully not be necessary. He really cared about my home and family and doing what was best financially/safety wise with maximum effectiveness. They also ID bugs for free in case you're worried about any critters. These guys really take great care and pride in their work and I could not be happier recommending them!

Been dealing with them for awhile now. Some guy named Kenny has been really helpful and gives helpful tips and reliable tips in getting rid of pests, rodents, etc. Also got rid them as well. Worth it 👌🏿

Excellent service!

Great people! Wonderful experience with everyone. Ken is a nice guy and was very helpful. Thank you.

I had a mice problem due to recent construction in my neighborhood. They were eating through everything! I read the reviews and said I would give them a try. Boy I’m glad I did! Within a week of them coming out I didn’t see anymore signs of our visitors. He plugged up holes where we didn’t think to look. They were friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle my problem. When they came back for a check up they said they didn’t see any signs of them. Which is great! I would highly recommend them them for you pest issues.

like there service , nice and clean

Excellent service and they are always there on time.

I had a fear of pests after being exposed to them elsewhere. So for peace of mind i called fox pest control. Tristian came out and confirmed i am pest free. He was very nice and gave me good tips to prevent them from invading my home. Already recommended fox pest control to others with the same worry.

I'm sharing my review for the simple reason Twin Forks Pest Control did an extraordinary job. Invaded by mice, that I'v been battling for some time. I win for awhile and then they're back. Donna at the desk heard my upset, and got me in as soon as possible. The next day Allen came to give me an estimate. He was calming and gave me a far cost. He took the worry of me and he took care of it. Congratulations! and Thank You.

Great service by Angie. She is very professional and very nice. Takes her time in answering questions and always leaves no stones unturned.

Service is precise and professional

The applicator showed up right on time, dressed in a clean uniform, addressed us in a polite manner and informed us of what he was going to be doing. He treated our property and home as if it was his own. Our insect problem is gone and we will use them for our needs in the future. I would recommend again and again.

Excellent service by a very knowledgeable and personable technician.

To say that I am overjoyed that we found and hired BBD is the understatement of the century. We hired two other companies who used steam and chemicals over the course of a month, and the bugs were still biting our tenants (including their four children) on a nightly basis. From the moment I called Brett (in tears) - I knew we were on our way to a solution. He scheduled a canine visit the next morning and had the house treated the following day. Finally, the house and the beautiful family living there were bug free. The level of professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and sheer care that Brett and Brian conduct themselves with is astounding. From letting you witness the dogs work, to allowing you on site during the treatment - so you know what’s going on in your home - I can not recommend BBD enough. Please don’t waste your time getting quotes from other pest control companies. They may give you a cheaper quote, but it won’t fix your problem. Heat remediation was the only thing that worked for us, and we were bug free 48 hours after my first call to BBD.

Amazing service, great exterminators, and no problems since they have visited!
