Not actually open 24 hours. Was very rude when I mentioned that it says on Google that it's open 24hrs.

Birds...you just can't have birds nesting behind your soffits. I had them at the peak of my roof and no way I'm going to go up there. I made one phone call to Mark at Innovative Wildlife Solutions. Mark answered the phone himself, gave me the approximate time he would be at my house (next day service) and from there I got 100% first rate service. Job done and at the price quoted. If ever I need this type of service again, Mark is the one I will be calling. - Thanks!

We have been using Miller Pest Control for a number of years to control mice, cluster flies and carpenter ants at our cottage. Of these three nuisances I admit have mice in my cottage was ruining my cottage experience. My husband accepted it as part of cottage life - me not so much! Every morning I'd wake up & tell my husband to remove the carnage in the traps and I'd go wiping up the mouse poo I'd find on my kitchen counter. Every. Since. Day. I hated it and I was obsessed. One fall a technician came to treat for cluster flies and I told him about our mouse problem. He said "I can get rid of your mice" and it was like a hallelujah moment - seriously. After explaining the program to me I was ready to sign on the dotted line - DH not so much because of the expense but I wasn't taking no for an answer. The mice are not 100% gone but pretty close - I think we had one last year. Big difference from 3-4 a night to 1 or 2 a season. 2 years ago (?) was a big year for mice and our exterior bait stations were emptied VERY quickly so they needed to be replenished an extra 2 times that season. One refill was complimentary and the next one we paid for. This has been a great investment for us. Our cottage is log and we had some carpenter ant damage one year so treatment followed by annual maintenance is a no-brainer and cluster flies are just gross and the Miller treatment has knocked those back as well. Miller's customer service is very good - Melanie is kind, knowledgable and efficient and the technicians who we've dealt with have been well mannered and ready to answer any questions we may have (and trust me - I've had A LOT!) I would definitely recommend Miller Pest Control to anyone. Thank you to Mike, Melanie and team for a job well done - you have transformed my cottage life from frustrating to fantastic!

I invited Doug to take care of the bat infestation in the walls of my cottage in August 2017. He came on time, explained what and why he was doing. I think he did a good job of creating one-way exit points for the bats, as for a week or so I could see them leave the house. After two weeks he returned and sealed the exit points he had left, the assumption being that all bats were gone and the house was sealed thus not allowing them back. Now it is May 2018 and I can confirm there are no bats left!! Thank you Doug for a great job done at a fair price.

Extremely unprofessional. They send a prep sheet which if you follow exactly will not be good enough for the prep. They do not want to do the job and if they don't get rid of the bugs the first time then don't expect them to be back because they're lazy as all hell! I got into a fight with one of the workers who claimed though it's not on the prep sheet it should be common sense so you must put all of your canned food on your bed as well as your dishes. I assume they have to respray for free if the bugs don't leave the first time so since they weren't making any money they decided to just leave instead as the prep was not done right. Please do not go to this establishment they should be put out of business.

I had to give him one star so it would let me write a review. If I could I would minus five stars. This man is unbelievabley rude and unprofessional, he treated my house for bed bugs and they are all still very much around. His knowledge is below par and he does a half fast job to steal your money and get out. I had to call professionals!real professionals! to answer my questions because when I called to ask him somethings he gave me one word answers and then just hung up on me. Horrible!

Recently had a bee problem at my home. Didn't know who to call. Friend recommended Suburban Pest Control. I called spoke to Jessica. Within three hours Technician Ron came. Diagnosed the problem and did the job.Great service, price and professional quality service. Hope you never have a pest problem. But if you do don't hesitate to call Suburban Pest Control.

I was so impressed with John and how quickly he took care of our skunk problem. I left a message and within the hour he had answered me and had the live trap set. In less than 12 hours, the skunk was caught and removed from my yard. I highly recommend him if you are in need of an animal humanely removed.

We have used this company in the past and will do so again, excellent service
