I am a pastor of a church in Buffalo. Late on Friday night we had a bat in our church auditorium. I called two places. Each told me they could come on Monday. Of course, this would not work for us, because we have church on Sunday. When I called Ashland, Ernie came in 30 minutes. He removed the bat in 10 minutes. What great service! He was also a very nice guy. I should have called Ashland first!

Paid this "company" $260.00 to get rid of a critter in my home. They put down poison and made arrangements to come back to check on the progress and seal the area. My invoice said to call if I noticed signs (which I did). I called and left a voicemail. No response. My appointment day came. I booked time off work. No show. I left two messages and called repeatedly. Nothing. $260.00 spent for some really expensive rat killer that I could have gotten from Canadian Tire for $18.00 and a 15 min visit by two guys who claim to be professionals.

Nick is very friendly prompt and thorough. We have used his services successfully in our home and business for bees, mice and birds. Highly recommend.

As I write this, the company is working on my house. It is pouring rain, the worst rain we have had in a very dry summer. The tech is not quitting and keeps going. Wind, rain, lighting.....he doesn't stop. I'm impressed. All this after the owner called me back the same day and set up a bat inspection even though they were booked solid. All signs of a great company.
