Brad deals with all of my pest control needs whether it be for business or home. Always exceptional service and honest business practices. I recommend this company 100 percent. I was recently given a quote by another company for something I "needed". I used Brad for a second opinion, and instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he told me the truth. I would never use another company.

Your associate Ali serviced our rodent problem over the last several weeks in Waterloo. I was very disturbed by this issue. Ali was very understanding and dealt with the problem quickly and very efficiently. I called him several times and met with him as well and he was always understanding, helpful and certainly accommodating. He understood my distress and whenever I asked him to come by and do a check, he did. We are semi retired and have always owned our own home. For the first time we are "renters". We've never had to deal with this issue before. Thank you Abell and Ali for a job very well done :)

I am telling everyone that I am cancelling my request for the service.  I called Waterloo-Wellington Wildlife Control on May 4th/2017 seeking assistance in removal of birds/nests on the outside of my home.  During our conversation he had said possibly he would be able to provide service on May 5th/2017 between 1pm-2pm.  On May 5th/2017 I had given him a call around 12:30 to confirm whether or not he was actually coming or not so I could make arrangements to be there.  During that conversation I found his mannerism extremely unprofessional and rude towards me as a customer. The first and only review is negative from 8 months ago stating “Worst pest control in Kitchener!!!”  That equals 100% negative feedback on this company.  I no longer require any service from Waterloo-Wellington Wildlife Control now or in the future.  And due to the nature of his mannerism towards me as a potential customer seeking the services he provides.... I am also is submitting a second review.

These guys knows their stuff! Great advice, incredible service with fantastic results AND it fits the budget. We have a lot of yummy things for mice to eat in our commercial building and our previous company couldn't get them under control in the 5+ years we used them - they blamed us for being then problem. Being a Realtor in the Niagara Region, I have been asked many times if I knew of someone that can remove skunks, squirrels and unwanted animals in their home. He is the only one I know in the area that does this and have used him many time myself and have no problem referring anyone to him.

I have had a crazy yellow jacket issue at my house and these guys have been working their butts off to beat those little winged jerks! They have come back multiple times to make sure that the job is done completely, and done right. That goes A LONG WAY in my book. It's so nice to find a respectable company that will do it right. I highly recommend them for ANY pest control issue you have.

I have had dealings with this company several times for wasp control issues, as my area is bad for this, and I am very satisfied with their service and professional staff. For the two people who are giving this company bad reviews you have no idea what you are talking about.
