I've continued to have Orkin come out and treat my property at least 3x per year, even after they got rid of my carpenter ant infestation almost two years ago. All the technicians are professional, efficient and punctual. I've found everyone I've dealt with to be very helpful I would recommend them to others.

the gentlemen that have come into my home were exceptionally nice. they really explained what they were doing and always used their manners. I was so pleased with the last two men that came in that i would recommend them to everyone and anyone that needed service. i was just browsing online for an exterminator and as luck would have it, i chose FOX. My daughter was in the hospital for a month on top of needing service and the same man came twice for the job that had to be done and he knew that my daughter was admitted in the hospital because i had apologized for the mess because i hadnt been home. Do you know the second time he came back the first thing he said when he came in the door was, "how is your daughter doing? is she out of the hospital yet?" i was floored and impressed!!! Thank You Fox Family you have some great guys working for you!!! I would love to leave the name of that man that remembered our situation but i am horrible with names so i must say i am so sorry because i would love to mention him by name!!! You know who you are and i am grateful for you! Thank You again! PS. she is out of the hospital and doing fantastic!!!

Good Riddance was recommended to me by a friend. On 6-19-17 Good Riddance came to my home to exterminate bed bugs I did everything I was supposed to prior to them coming out. A technician named Corey came out and spent 2 hrs exterminating. He was to come back 3 weeks later on 7-10-17. But on 7-4-17 I saw a few bed bugs alive on the couch, the next day I called and Cory came out. I watched him with a flash light and he aasurred me they were gone. On Friday 7-8-17 I woke up and had 6 bed bug bites from my bed which was treated and when I took the mattress casing off there were live bed bugs crawling around. Then today(7-10-17) a woman came out do the 2nd trmt. Note that after the first treatment was done I did everything that was advised by good riddance. This woman advised there were a few bed bugs in the couch(that Corey had inspected on 7-5-17)and she got rid of them. Then regarding my bed, she couldn't believe Cory never took the material off my box springs and found several bugs there. I would give this woman 5 stars as she has made me feel so much better after the second treatment! If I find 1 bug I will be contacting good riddance! I cannot believe I was charged almost $800 including tax for this service! Hopefully the bugs r gone. Mary Ann Rich. E Amherst NY

Living in the country, we were having big problems with bats and mice getting into our home. On our scheduled day, Steve showed up RIGHT ON TIME! Steve was/is EXTREMELY knowledgable, professional and explained what he was going to to do and why. He even showed us some simple things we could do on our own to save us money...WOW!!!! Now, our bat and mice problem is no more!!! If you ever have the need, call Steve. I have no doubts you will be completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone!!!! Thank you Steve and Don for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!!!

Had them go out to treat one of our rentals in Brantford for mice. They did an excellent job and made the service very simple. We also had them come out to treat out personal residence afterwards. I would highly recommend. Overall great experience and reasonable pricing.

Not worth your money came and sprayed my house twice still seeing roaches. Tried to negotiate with the boss told me I would have to pay for the chemicals again even though my warranty was still active. Nothing but liars and thieves not worth it at all.

A big thanks to Ontario Wildlife Control, bats are gone! After a couple of evenings of hiding in my bedroom, one call to Ontario Wildlife Control and no more hiding. Quick and efficient service!

This company is most likely the best in Buffalo. They have Nice employees and quick service. I strongly recommend this company.
