Pest Control

Very terrible and expensive job for something that wasn't even treated. These other reviews here are pretty similar to our experience. We are still getting bit at night. All they want is continuous charges for timely treatments that obviously do not work. They also do show up very early for their appointments. If their pathetic treatment doesn't work, they will instantly blame you directly for not following orders, even though you did and they have no idea what you did during that time. They will argue that their flimsy bed cover is impossible to penetrate and escape. They will argue with you that you're getting bit by bugs in a completely different room from where the bites come from. Their inspections are just as bad. Both times the inspector searched the area, he found nothing. We had to physically bring in a bug as evidence ourselves. Even after the fumigation was set, he found nothing in the follow up and assumed the job was completed. After a while of still seeing bugs and calling this unprofessional company for a follow up, I was told by their customer service agent that she "doesn't want to speak to a little jerk anymore". This whole experience has been very unprofessional by both their secretary and their fumigation team and they're lucky to get 1 star.

Very pleased. Needed immediate attention and they delivered. Prompt courteous service

Very good service and well priced

C'est une compagnie qui nous a donner un service de qualité avec un prix abordable à comparer aux autres compagnies. En plus ils sont réglés le problème, je recommande cette compagnie haut la main.

Best choice for extermination!

This company is horrible ... when they were canon hygiene they were great , now that there citron there service sucks ...you call to get toilet paper and they bring it to you 2 weeks later . Don’t waste your time with Citron !

Called on Wed early August. HELP, family party this Sat and the mosquitos will eat them alive. First monthly service provided that Friday and not a peep from my bug averse family members the next day. Great service that we will use full season next year. We weren't aware at the time it was also good at keeping ticks away. Great as our dog has seen more than her share.

They are very professional and did an excellent job! Thank you! :)

I am really glad I called this company. Prompt service, and helped me immensely with my rodent issues. Thank you so much for all you do. C.L
