Pest Control

John was personable, very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel positive that the traps he set will have a mouse in no time. I love the price and how I received same day service.

Responded to our call right away and took care of our spider issue. Very much pleased with there knowledge and expertise on our spider issue. Highly recommend them.

Very responsible when I called to schedule service and the service worked. No more spiders!

I have had numerous issues with raccoons over the last few years. Seems the young ones love to sleep on my garage roof, under an overhang from the building attached to the back of the garage. There has been so much poo left on the roof that I became concerned for my dog (and now dogs). Have had to deal with opossum too, and now two rabbits who'd love to take up residence in my fenced in backyard. Stephen Paris has taken such loving care of these pesky little critters which assures me that I have made the RIGHT choice in calling Back to the Wild, to relocate these wild critters.

ALC solved the Asian beetle infestation. We went from finding a few hundred every morning to finding just a few. Thank you ALC!

We had a problem in our house that required Batzner services. The employees were awesome. They were very informative and polite, personable. The person that came to our house was the same person from the start. It was nice that he knew the situation from the start. They were always on time. If not early, they always called prior to arrival. . They answered all our questions. They did a great job! Our problem is gone. Thank you.

Mac (Owner) knows Pest Control. He's been at this a long time. He was fast, informative and most of all, friendly. I hope I don't need Pest Control Services again, but If I do, I'll be calling Hoover Environmental Group again and again. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the quick and prompt service and expertise. I have used several other businesses for spider control in the spring. The service and pricing was by far the best I have come across, would recommend them and will use them for future spider issues

Absolutely useless company. Their contractors are very rude and curse if you don't agree with their opinions. We had a squirrel making holes in the apartment and all they did is patch holes. It kept making more holes and got through while I was away and ransacked our place. The contractors didn't check the outside of the house properly to look at all the point of entries. Nor did they check the roof. If you want urgent service, then forget it. They will take days to inspect the situation.
