The crew was there within 25 minutes of our call for a wasp problem. Awesome and professional! Best of all no more wasps! Thank you guys, you are the best!

They are great at pest control, but scheduling is based on what's convenient for them, not you, so plan to miss work for follow up appointments etc...

We had a problem in our house that required Batzner services. The employees were awesome. They were very informative and polite, personable. The person that came to our house was the same person from the start. It was nice that he knew the situation from the start. They were always on time. If not early, they always called prior to arrival. . They answered all our questions. They did a great job! Our problem is gone. Thank you.

Manque de professionalisme au niveau du gestionaire du bureau de Québec.

Customer Service Called me that exterminator will come on "Thursday, September 29, 2022". I asked two times "Thursday?" She said, "YES". However, exterminator came "Tuesday, September 27, 2022". I missed it! They left me a note that they will come back on October 11, 2022 "between 8am-5pm". I asked them, "can you please give a specific time frame, morning or afternoon?" You cannot still in your apartment waiting for them but the Customer service on this number 1-866-873-8080 said, "Unfortunately we cannot give you a time frame of morning or afternoon, it's 8am-5pm". I have no choice but to wait. October 11, 2022 came. I called them and asked the question because I have the feeling that something is wrong as it was already 9am. I asked a specific question, "Does your exterminator has a building key?" The Customer service said, "Yes". So, I waited and waited. I did not attend my school and wad late in going to my evening work but nobody came. So much alibis. Ridiculous service!!!
