They did the pest control a few times here in our suite. In my opinion, their success rate is horrible as the cockroaches always come back. Even though I asked for some improvement which we have done. Other pest control company did excellent job, high success rate. Never recommend this company to anyone. I have heard the same complaints from other tenants. Also I have seen cockroaches in the hallway. How can they able to get their job right. I can tell the difference from the previous pest control. It's very clearly that Citron cannot do their job properly.

They do a bad job, the roaches are increasing after the treatment. The guys who come to do the treatments are very rude. Orkin pest control does way better job.
