Great service. I had a bed bug and cock roaches problem in my apartment, after the treatment by Giant Impact Controls I did not have that issue again.

We have been using this company for a long time. All of the employees are well trained and professional in the work they do. My calls are always answered in a timely manner. Scheduling has never been an issue with this company. I've had a couple situations where I needed them to come in VERY last minute the owner made it her duty to have someone here to accommodate my tenant. I highly recommend this company.

Called as we wanted service for mice control. Person answering call was rude, says he services our area then says no, and before I could ask a question he hung up

This company was recommended to us and we were very happy with the results. We engaged their services when a skunk burrowed under the added-on mudroom of our house. We called the technician, Ben, and he responded right away. Ben quickly and humanely live-trapped the skunk and relocated it. He also sealed up the hole so that no other guests would take up residence there. Ben was completely professional, reliable, and personable. We would definitely call Pest Protection Plus again if any future problems occurred and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Worst communication ever and also ruined over $1000 worth of our stuff that he shouldn't have sprayed also did not leave us with any company name or card he didn't even leave us the chemical name that he sprayed and my girlfriend is pregnant and we do not know if it could have effected her or the baby.. he came only by himself to spray a whole house basement and main floor.. he did not do the rite type of treatment at all and he also said he was supposed to wait 5 weeks to come back meanwhile it's supposed to be 2 weeks after the first spray that he is supposed to come back and spray again he also said he does not want to come back.. this company needs to be inspected by the health board and needs to be shut down for good

Some of their drivers could use some common sense on how to stop before the cross walk. Not half way in it. And give a piece of mind. Don't harass pedestrians because drivers aren't capable of following the rules of the road.

Horacio is professional and prompt. I panicked upon discovering a mouse (or mice) in our home recently. I called this company outside of regular office hours. Shakeel was great. He’s quick with phone responses, arrived in a timely manner and very polite. He knew where to go and search when it came to placing traps. I shopped around and made calls to other competitors and found Nice Pest control’s price and 6 month warranty hard to beat. Will definitely save their number to recommend to others.

I am writhing on behalf of L'Arche Daybreak. Community for people with developmental divisibility located in Richmond Hill Ontario. We have 8 homes and 4 workshops. We have been working with Kevin from GTA for the lat 10 years and we are extremely happy with his services.
