no complaints about grooming but very poor customer service and grossly over priced. seemed to pull the price out of thin air - almost twice as much as i’ve ever paid for full grooming.

LOts of great options of food, treats, and toys for your pet. Has dog cake mic if you want to bake your dog a pet friendly birthday cake. I would totally buy it to try it if I had the money. Lots of great options Dog friendly marshmallows even. Might do some videos on some of their products in the future. Also dog friendly fur dyes in an assortment of colours, I believe they were temporary. So if you own a white dog sounds like a fun option.

Friendly employees who know their stuff

I read some negative reviews about Central Pet and wanted to find out myself if it's true or not, I went on Saturday to the store to buy some fishes and fish food etc. I dealt with the owner himself his name is Quasim Shah and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products and although I did not spend a lot of money but, I did spend about 20 minutes in the store. I found him very courteous to the rest of the customers and myself and his prices are very reasonable compared to other pet stores. I have no idea why some customers gave him negative comments. I will definitely go to his store for my future purchases the only advice I can give to customers who want to make major purchases go on a weekdays so he is less busy and spend more time with you as weekends he is extremely busy and I can't blame him as he has to deal and please many customers. His store was also quite clean and presentable.

The groomer for cats, Donald, is actually the biggest piece of s***. He was nothing but rude when I brought my cat there. Terrible customer service. Friends have told me he gets too aggressive with their cats, they even stopped bringing them to this location as they freak out as soon as they get in there. The owner is a very nice guy, however their grooming staff is nothing but terrible.

Vary friendly

I just brought in two of my dogs in last week to get groom. They both were in bad shape but the new groomer did an amazing job on them. I absolutely love the haircut!!! The people who work there were so nice and friendly. I am very happy with the service and will be going back there again soon!!!

Amazing customer service, staff are incredibly knowledgeable of all their product lines.

Hands down the best dog walker and boarder I've ever used. He's firm yet friendly with our yellow lab. He use to walk her daily and indirectly trained her not to pull or walk ahead of us. It was so helpful. He boards dogs in his own home with his own dog which is wonderful. Been using Paul for 5 years and I cannot recommend him enough!

I went to this store yesterday with my friend because we were interested in adopting the cats. There were some other cats in another room. We asked one staff can we get into that room to see the rest of the cats, and then, another staff interrupted and talked to us like "Are you international students?". We said "Yes.". And then she said "No. we don't provide them to international students." I can totally understand the concern and this policy. However, we hadn't decided to take the cat home. That staff disrespected me and my friend. Her attitude made me feel really uncomfortable. She could speak in a friendly tone but she didn't. It made me feel like I was driven away. Never ever come again.

My boy Vito loves City Sniffers! He gets super excited every time he sees Ryan or Sam and he can't wait to play with his pals at the daycare or on his group walk. Both Ryan and Sam are awesome they really care about the dogs and I feel comfortable knowing my boy is in good hands. My dog is a picky eater and Ryan actually took the time to hand feed him.

I started to bring my new puppy Chester there as we have been going to Maggie for a number of years to groom my spaniel (see earlier review below) and she did a terrific job, she was very accommodating and groomed him perfectly. I don't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who loves their pets :) as much as we do. ---- I always have a terrific experience when I bring my dog to Snoopy Spaw he has been going there for several years and the owner Maggie treats him like family -- she does a terrific job in grooming him which is not easy as he a high energy springer spaniel....I highly recommend this place to any dog owner... I read the previous review and am shocked that this happened ---I have always had a great experience for the over 5 years (and over 15 groomings) --- so can't question the quality and service they provide us.
