I've seen Tania work on other people's dogs in the pool and out, and then my tiny chihuahua when he was a tiny pup shrieking with pain in his back legs. She taught us exercises that we did religiously for a very long time until he was old enough that his bones stopped growing. Chihuahuas are prone to "slippy" kneecaps or subluxating patella, and we strengthen the muscles around his knee enough to prevent surgery. She loves her job and it shows in how she treats the dogs in her care. I trust her judgement 100%.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Even my dog Zsa Zsa came out happy with her new hairstyle. If you have a pet i recommend this place. I wish i could rate this place a 10 stars simply the best pet groomer in the mimico area.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. WOW, service is #1, quality of work #1, most friendly pet store I've ever been too. The best quality of a hair cut I've seen on my little poochie she looks so gorgeous when she's done love love love. Very clean and smells amazing. When we go away for a week or 2 they board my poochie there the only ones I'll ever go too. Basima and alex are the best can't wait to see them again. Also they have probably the lowest prices in the GTA.

For several years we have used Fairgroom for our dogs and will continue to do so. Lynn is a delightful lady and does a great job on the dogs at a fair price. A bonus is being greeted by her very friendly Great Dane. Pleasant place, good service, good work , fair price; all equals value for money..

no complaints about grooming but very poor customer service and grossly over priced. seemed to pull the price out of thin air - almost twice as much as i’ve ever paid for full grooming.
