Candice does an excellent job, both reliable and caring!

I called Brent to discuss options for my sweet Luna. He was extremely caring and patient with me as I figured out what I wanted for my baby. When I received her ashes back, I also received a card with condolences for my loss. I have one more kitty at home and when she eventually passes away, I will have her put into a matching urn. I had Luna done in the "cozy kitty" urn because it looked more like a statue than an urn. I will recommend Brent and his business to all my friends with fur babies. UPDATE: My precious Tango passed away about 6 months after my first review, and I once again received heartfelt condolences when her ashes came back home. Both of my cats are together again and I am at peace knowing they were taken care of so well. Thank you Brent. Your professionalism and kindness helped me through an otherwise difficult time.

Great service to help get all of those little jobs done you don't have the time to get to yourself. Very professional and great value. Highly recommend their service!

Smaller bedroom community south of Edmonton. Clean and there is revitalization occurring along the main highway through town with new buildings replacing some old tired ones.

I had an excellent experience here today. They didn't have the bird food I was looking for but the salesperson was very helpful and suggested something comparable. Also getting to play with and pet a couple medium size birds they had really made my day. It was an overall friendly and positive environment. I look forward to my next visit.

Had exactly what I was looking for

Cute puppies and kittens and everything we need to take care of our fur babies. Honestly this review is just an excuse to post pictures of my cats. What happened to me. I used to be a dog person....

Went to see cats for adoption, place was clean and well-maintained, they have different nice programs, like volunteer program...

Attendants are incredibly friendly. Dogs are divided into 2 groups; energetic and laidback. My dog finished her stay happy and exhausted from all the play. I'd come again!

Excellent place for your pet needs. Very knowledgeable owners and they provide top notch service! Cannot recommend more highly! I would rate a 10 star if I could!
