Pet

I take my 3 rabbits here to have their nails trimmed. Courteous and friendly staff. They are firm but gentle and quick with our bunnies.

Best pet store in town. I have always received helpful and friendly service. Riley is great!

Boarded 3 dogs there on a couple of occasions , pets have very nice green space and clean sleeping areas ... great location ... staff is friendly and helpful ... very reasonable rates !!

I have had nothing but helpful, friendly staff here. Whenever I am looking for toys, treats, food for our dogs, this is the place to go. Next step the baths..not sure how our older dog will react, she freaks out at home in tub. We adopted her and she has a lot of issues, anxiety etc..seemed to be badly mistreated before..let's say abused and we take baby steps with her. So this will be a challenge..

I would recommend anyone to bring there pets here! The price is awsome, she's very honest and has a good understanding of animals! I must say I am very satisfied with Dog Gone Purr-Fect! Thank you very much!

Fantastic Groomer and loves my dogs, would recommend to anyone!

I've been getting high quality food and treats for my dogs here for years, and the experience has always been positive. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the selection of products is amazing, and, for the quality, the prices are reasonable.

I have three dogs, and they all love going there . Tiffany is outstanding!

Jasmine is AMAZING ... works great with rescues or high anxiety pets. I love her and her work

Since I posted my review (see below) several years ago, I have adopted two other dogs who I also take for grooming to Kim at Puppy Love Grooming. I just wanted to let everyone know once again that we are so happy with the excellent work that Kim does and would recommend her wholeheartedly for all the reasons mentioned in my original review. I have been going to Puppy Love Grooming for many, many years now and have been extremely satisfied with the great job that Kim does each and every time. The first time I took my "puppy" to Kim for grooming I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the salon, and that opinion has not changed after countless visits. Kim is very kind, caring and considerate of both her clients and their owners and always makes us feel welcome. It is obvious that she strives to create an environment that is as stress-free as possible for the dogs that she grooms. and she always aims to please. I also very much appreciate that Kim schedules her grooming appointments so that my puppy does not have to stay any longer than necessary. Her prices are very reasonable considerating the quality of service that she provides. Her standards are extremely high. My "puppy" is getting on in years now, but she is still excited to go for her next "salon treatment" and she always looks and smells great when she leaves. I have been very happy every time with the job that Kim does. It is obvious that she is very well-trained and has had years of experience grooming many different types of dogs. I also appreciate the helpful advice/tips that she offers on each visit, and my puppy really appreciates the doggy bone that she gets at the end of her stay. Kim is definately the best dog groomer I have ever had! If you are looking for a competent, well-trained, and highly experienced dog groomer; along with an extremely clean and inviting salon, that offers competitive prices, Puppy Love Grooming Salon in Lethbridge is the place to go!

Lori is excellent. Always thrilled with the results

They take such good care of my fur babies when I am away.

Great person, great job

Very accommodating to my schedule and great customer service. My shy dog went right back with the staff and came back to me looking wonderful! Highly recommend!
