If you have pets, is hard to go wrong shopping here. Wide selection and good prices.

Immaculately clean, great instructors, amazing environment.

Great service

Love the healthy options of foods and treats for my dog.

Great

We brought our dog, Ashley, here for several years. She always loved running right in, which told us a lot about how well she was taken care of while getting groomed.

Hard working staff, friendly, variety of animals, exotics, everyone is very experienced, has products for a variety of animals and they give plenty of information of any animal you are interested in. Best pet store in Thunder Bay

Good service and very unique selection of fish, we were there because they had axolotls.

Great service. Very knowledgeable on breed cuts.

Excellent kennel! I have been bringing my fur baby here for almost 3 years, and they go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and meet all her needs. This is the best kennel I have found yet!

I trust them with my dogs, what better can I say?

Very friendly staff, willing to answer all your questions.

We had some great training with other trainers but after our dog was bitten a few times by other dogs he became very fearful. He acted out when other dogs would approach on or off leash by barking loudly, pulled towards the dog(s) and and visibly upset. We had a couple sessions with Brent and Jess - each time we learned actionable techniques on how to ease our dogs fear when out in the community. Within a short time frame his fear has subsided. We are able to walk without him acting out his fear. It is a very freeing feeling. We recommend their training & boarding

Amazing groomers. The only place where my dog let's them cut his nails
