Pet

Excellent helpful, kind, and very good to deal with best experience we ever had when dealing with a funeral home.

This little shelter looks after their animals as if they where their own, it is also a "NO KILL" shelter, a place to get your next pet or to donate to help.

Great people

I have been taking my dog there for six years. He is so excited to be there that when I drop him off, he runs into the yard without looking back. The owners love dogs and keep the kennel clean and safe. We call it the "Doggie Spa".

Always does a great job

The staff is very kind and respectful.

Staff member was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and provide suggestions for changing over dog food. Helped carry bags out as well!

I've tried the past month to adopt 3 different dogs ...the dogs I liked are also liked by families I recently lost my service dog whom I rescued and owned 9 years from Toronto... The thought of having a similar dog I doubt would ever happen for myself here...Seems they have no concern about the personal behaviour between dog and owner in that no staff person even accompanies the dog and potential owner on any given walk... How can they ever assess anyone as myself to know how well the dog really is from looking at piles of applications??? Yes I did not get even a phone call returned and and don't have a dog I doubt I ever will come back to try again the last was too heartbreaking to know it was gone..to a family that my family could never be ???bye

I have shopped here many years, The staff has changed during those years. Yet the good services and friendly atmosphere remains. As well as a good selection.

Experienced, friendly & very helpful staff. Super customer service.

The owner & her workers are fantastic pet groomers. They did a wonderful job on my bearded collie. We were so impressed the way they had handled her from the first visit. My pet is extremely happy and looks great when we returned to pick her up each visit. I would highly recommend them for any pet grooming or for just a bath & brushing

Our dog loves it there and the staff are very friendly

Friendly knowledgeable staff that are eager to help out in anyway possible. Very nice to receive the personal help from a locally owned and operated business. Something that has been long lost with the franchise and big box stores. If you can't find what you're looking for the staff make the extra effort to get it in for you. Very much a pleasure to do business with.
