Pet

Couldn’t ask for better. Amazing HUGE outdoor spaces with indoor ameneties for the pups as well. They are very thorough when matching a pup to owners to ensure there is a rift fit. Dogs have the best temperament I’ve ever seen! The one star rating makes me wonder if Mooselake felt these potential owners didn’t fit the bill... I’m in a community of nearly 500 people who own ornhave owned ML pups and we are all very happy and grateful to this kennel. We are a big family! Our pup is turning 3 this year and is just amazing with our 5 yr old and our baby.

Always great service

Sylvie has been grooming our FOUR cats and 2 dogs for a long time. I am so happy she is back at this location. She is so gentle with our very old and fragile dog. Wonderful groomer. I am happy with the new ownership who says: " Urbanimal does not sell dogs, cats, reptiles, and birds as we encourage our clients towards adoption organizations or good reputable breeders." Thank you so much for encouraging people to adopt and for not supporting the horrible puppy mills. BRAVO!!!! So happy !!

Merci de votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité, ce fut très apprécié, je vais revenir et je conseille la place à toutes mes amies ❤️❤️👍

Great service and super friendly owner!! So happy to have underdog grooming in Crystal beach !!

It's a great place to bring your dog there's a lot of dogs to places while fenced the people that works with the dog r very kind

Super expérience! Ça fait toute la différence d'être accueillie par la propriétaire elle-même, mon chien court à chaque fois pour aller se faire toiletter! Très satisfaite de l'excellent service.

Personnel accueillant, plaisant et aidant.

Brought 2 Jack Russells to have their nails clipped. Both dogs are scared of having nails clipped and one can be aggressive. The staff here were amazing; clipped their nails quickly, well & it went very smoothly for both dogs. No reservation was needed and I was served as soon as we got there. Highly recommend.

jai eu de bon conseil et un bon service merci

Great spot to shop...great customer service and all in general great people to deal with

Excellent cuts done on both our spaniels. Very friendly staff.

They are very gentle and never harm your pets! We have used them for over 10years!

First time customer here who is definitely very happy with our dogs’ grooming! Yu Shan was such a pleasure to have as our groomer. She had a bernedoodle and a cocker spaniel to groom today, and she did a flawless job. We have tried SO many groomers, only to have them cut corners, not do ears, not do nails, only want to shave etc, but now, we have finally found our go to place and Groomer! The owner as well made sure our experience right from our inquiry to the end was a positive one. You have gained a repeat client! Thank you Ash and Yu Shan for all that you do!

High level of professionalism while keeping the entire class entertained. Absolutely recommend this place!

This is a great groomer. They take ONE dog at a time, so your beloved pets don't wait. They do a fabulous job!

Très bon service et personnel attentionné. Ils ont fait un excellent toilettage!
