Took very good care of my dog.

Spouse is allergic to cats..so I get my cat fix by seeing the adorable cats. He even comes on and pets some if he takes some allergy pills..sometimes the pets are worth it when he forgets to take it!

Wonderful gentleman who was so caring and loving towards both dogs. Did a fantastic job. Other groomers said they wouldn't shave down my long haired chihuahua because they tild me it wouldn't grow back. They were wrong.

Tough leaving my furrie son..but they make him feel at home

Very clean and bright apartments...very comfortable! The staff are ever-present and are eager to help. The building is maintained very well. I would highly recommend any of the properties listed under the Broadstreet name!

The Building is well kept and clean, just the staff needs to start enforcing the parking rules.

It’s is crazy how much my dog loves this place. I travel a lot and she stays at the pet pad about 5 times a year. She literally walks in with her butt wagging all Happy. She will walk right to the back without even giving me a kiss good bye. If I get her groomed at the same time, she will walk out to me like a model on a run away, all excited about her new doo. It’s like he holiday spa hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff are extremely helpful every time i go into the store they always make sure i leave happy !

I'm not trying to bash the groomer here at all by any means but I was not very satisfied when I took my dog here. Ofcourse I didn't look him over too much when I picked him up because I wanted to get him out asap as he was stressed out, but that's because I'm usually the one that grooms him. I'm very picky but I really didn't know I'm supposed to let the groomer know what I prefer, as she said what she was going to do, which was a bath, a deshedding and having his teeth, nails and ears done; and I was fine with that. I had asked how long the deshedding is supposed to last and was told up to 3 months, depending on the dog and allergies etc. I noticed when I had got my dog home that he was still shedding and to the day he is still shedding - it's been 6 days since he was groomed. I checked his nails and his ears and neither were cleaned nor cut. The backs of his legs were shaved poorly and for some reason the groomer shaved some of his tail which I don't know why but it is noticeably uneven. My dog also had a small matt under his ear that was not touched and I had to cut it off with scissors. All in all, for the price of the grooming, and the poor job done on my dog, I will not recommend this groomer to anybody, but it could have been a bad day, this I'm not sure of, I know she is recommended a lot on social media but I'm just one person who is picky on how my dog is groomed so I will not be taking him back. Service was good I will admit though. Note the shedding pictures is only from petting my dog for a minute or two, he leaves more when he scratches or is brushed but I don't have any pictures from that, as it's just to show that the deshedding did not work.
