It's an awesome store a little over priced on a few things but not many great quality

Our dogs loved it here. They came home so soft and smelling great!

The staff love my dog and go out of their way to stop by and pet and say hi.

Onsite (Ellerslie Location) and there is no one available to help you when you require help. You have to leave a voicemail at a phone number and then what? Sit around and wait? Even if they had a local person you could contact and speak to it would be 100% better then an out of town (Calgary) voicemail. Its nice that it is clean but efficient customer service goes along way.

Danielle gave my Bichon cross Max a summer shave. She is professional and very accommodating. Sometimes Max has come home from various groomers nervous and shaking. But this time he was relaxed and happy and looking great. We will definitely be back. Thank you Danielle!

If you're the type of owner who is afraid to leave your baby with a stranger, this place is for you. My friends Huston & Steve were nervous about leaving their fur baby in someone else's hands - but once you meet Brenda, that will go away. Brenda is so friendly, you'll think she's your best friend & is professional at the same time. She is skilled at what she does & you'll be happier than your dog with how good they look after she is done with them! We highly recommend Brenda and it's definitely worth the trip to Okotoks!
