Very friendly staff. We totally trust them with our doggos when we're away. They also give walks and private playtime. Highly recommend them for your dog and also cats!!

Brought our kids in. They of course wanted a pup. It was between a white one that shed (that my 4yr old had been playing with) and a black maltipoo. We stepped outside of door to talk. We even said that as we stepped out. We were no more than 4-5 mins. Came back in and one of the 3 maltipoo’s were in the playpen my daughter was in. So she started playing with it to get a feel for it. There were 2 females and 1 male. However only the male and 1 female were available, the other female had a deposit on it. There was a family holding the 2 others and when the employee told us it could be either of the females it didn’t matter, we wanted the one my daughter was playing with. However...the other family came over and scooped the pup out of the pen that my 4yr old was playing with! I said to the employee that was right there, “um...that’s the pup my daughter wanted”. The employee giggled and said, it doesn’t matter they all look alike. And I said “ya but this ones a girl”. To which the employee said “well these guys want a girl too!” My 4 year old was HEART BROKEN! I couldn’t believe the employee just let that happen and then outright laughed about it. The other family didn’t flinch either as my daughter freaked out when they just scooped the pup up from her. I was DISGUSTED!!! Even called them from pkg lot (with daughter still hysterical) and spoke to the second employee (a male) to which he said well sorry that happened to you but if you didn’t have a deposit we can’t do anything. WHAT?!!!! This other family had no deposit either AND my 4yr old was playing with it. This family scooped it up from her while playing!!! I would not recommend ANYONE purchase ANYTHING from this business. They deserve to be OUT OF BUSINESS. IT’S HORRIFYING!!!!

Just got home from a week down south. I was so happy with the service and their level of communication. I got daily updates and pictures, and overall felt so comfortable knowing my cats were looked after. Highly recommend this service! ☺️ Thanks again!

Caren is an amazing groomer. I used to take my dogs to another groomer who would have a whole salon full of dogs waiting to be groomed. My dogs were terrified there. When Caren was HIGHLY recommended to me I called right away and prayed she could fit us in. My dogs love their spa day with Caren and she always does impeccable work and her rates are less if not the same as the other salons I’ve used. We were sad to leave Caren but moved over an hour away. Caren took the time to find us a new groomer in our new town because that is the type of person she is. We all miss you Caren

It's really hard to get an appointment here but that is because these people are awesome. Job is always done fast, beautifully and at a reasonable price. Dog comes back home happy instead of grumpy like some other places.

Been going there for a few years for grooming, the dog that is, and they have always treated her very well.

Good selection of pet foods. I used to get the raw beef food for my dog and it made a huge difference in her old age.
