Tailz is a great doggy daycare, they are very flexible with my unpredictable schedule which both me and my dog appreciate. I LOVE that they have a by the hour option because sometimes I only need to drop my dog off for an hour or two.

No thank you to this place. Two small dogs got killed, and they finally learnt to separate small and big dogs "moving forward"? Well, ethical pet businesses need to be professional and should not need to harm any pet's lives and traumatize people's hearts in order to learn how to operate an responsible business. Period.

Very nice place. Clean, well organized. Fish are well taken care of and quarantined before being put up for sale to insure optimum health. Fantastic, and beautiful hard to find betta colorations can be found here. Worth it to check it out you won't be disappointed!!

I have been going here for a couple of years I have a grey nosed pitbull and a tiny toy cross jack russell. I am very happy with the service and my dogs like it there. Good job!

Long time Bone n Biscuit customer, ever since Chris took over the business the change has been night and day. Amazing customer service, knowledgable staff and great products. I have always been concerned about the quality of my food and toys I give my 3 shelties, walking into Bone n Biscuit I never have to worry "is this really safe for them?" I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a way nicer petland than my regular one. Staff were friendly enough. The animals were cute and lots of selection. The cats they have are rescue cats. The birds were the prettiest birds I've seen in a pet store. You can also have kids birthday parties at this location. They have a fairly small cat section but I'd come back here.

Never again, Never-Ending Tailz! Yesterday, I had a terribly unsettling experience at this grooming salon. I brought my 13 year-old Shih Tzu/Terrier (Romeo) in for a Bath & Tidy. This was my first experience at this grooming salon. The only reason I decided to give them a try was due to the fact that I was able to get a last-minute appointment. Getting in so quickly should have been a sign, but regrettably at the time, I didn’t give it much notice. I returned to pick Romeo up a little bit earlier than he was expected to be finished. The receptionist was on the phone. While waiting, I could see Romeo being brushed through a small window. The groomer had her back partially toward me and was unaware that I was watching. She was de-matting Romeo’s face WAY too aggressively, to the point that he yelped with each stroke. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!! The receptionist got off the phone and immediately retrieved Romeo for me. Honestly, I was speechless and shocked by the was this groomer had handled my dog! My first mistake: I paid, (and stupidly tipped the groomer)!! I then returned to my car to inspect Romeo’s new “do”. I was very disappointed to see that NO HAIR was clipped whatsoever. I questioned whether I had requested a Bath & MESS, rather than a Bath & Tidy!!! I also noticed a large bald spot around his anus, which looked absolutely ridiculous!) My second mistake: I went back inside and asked that he have his hair cut shorter. The groomer was very defensive but after insisting, she agreed to trim him but told me there would be a 30 minute wait. I said “no problem, I will wait right here!” She swooped Romeo up, went to the back, and tossed him into a cage!!! Then she went on to clip a Dachshund’s nails, leaving Romeo barking and yelping loudly in his cage!!! After I told her I would wait!!! (Does this make any sense to any of you?!) I immediately asked the receptionist to return Romeo for me and told her we would go elsewhere. I also expressed how unimpressed I was at how I saw this groomer treated not only my dog, but another dog also in her care. Shameful!!! The receptionist responded by saying “it’s difficult for people who have no grooming experience to actually understand...” to which I responded “under NO circumstances should a dog be yelping in pain! Period!” Shortly after, I called to speak with the owner of the store. Debbie listened to my concerns and expressed gratitude for letting her know. She fully refunded me for the service. While I appreciate her fantastic customer service, I feel it very necessary to let people know of my experience. Beware, people! I also hope it is a reminder to everyone to exercise caution when placing trust in a stranger to care you your furry companion!!

Extremely nice place, very helpful owner and employee and the floofy with paws is a sweet bonus. ☺☺

Large selection of animal foods and helpful staff, especiall for us part timers and/or beginners.... I always go there when my son brings his dog to town for a visit, regardless of the membership

My pup absolutely loves this place. Her second visit and she already remembered the owner. Her tail wagging was off the charts. I am absolutely sure that she had a great time, and I really appreciate that. I have thankfully found my puppy a perfect daycare spot on my first attempt in the new city.

Completely awful place. Do not bring your pets here! Has gone downhill. Employees used to be friendly but the 2 girls working here now are completely unprofessional and rude! I was on my free groom as you can see in the comments from the groomer in earlier posts the 5th one is always free and they were not going to honour my card!! They were combative and to top it off my dogs haircut looks uneven and awful! I had to try fixing it when I got home. I will never bring my dog back to Petlane after the way I was treated...my dog has been going there since she was a puppy! You have lost a customer!!

This spa is pretty darn great. They are very gentle and they listen. My old furry man will be coming back, we have found our place.
