Awesome place to bath your dog after a muddy walk in the park!

Our senior dogs are always treated amazingly at place 4 paws. I would never feel comfortable leaving our dogs anywhere else. Thank you!!

I just picked up my dog from the Acadia location, and I am absolutely impressed. Jackie listened to all my concerns and when I went to pick up my boy I couldn't believe it. I've spent countless hours and dollars on trying to find a good dog groomer, and now that I've been here I won't be going anywhere else !!! Thank you so much Jackie !!!

Awesome pet store! My chow chow “Buddha” loves going to his favourite store to pick out a treat when we go in for dog food. He is like a kid in a candy store. He truly looks forward to going in and picking his own treat. He carry’s it home and waits to eat it on our patio.

Wonderfully friendly groomer. Did the BEST teddy bear style cut my girl has ever been in! Highly recomend this very accomidating, and well educated groomer.

This family run business is excellent. I adopted 2 cats from here. It is a well rounded business offering excellent grooming, boarding, doggy daycare and an asset to the community sheltering pets in need and offering adoptions.

I have been buying pet food and supplies from this location for a long time and always recommend it. Great staff that are super friendly and they are super friendly with four legged visitors.

Life savers! My dogs got fleas or lice just before my daughter was born. The vet recommended we get them groomed after we completed the treatments just to be sure they were gone and I since I was prego we could only do the all natural treatments. We took our dog to his regular groomer who refused him after finding a DEAD bug, they also made me feel like a terrible person. I called dog and pony in tears, they were willing to take him on the spot! They were amazing. They were so kind and so helpful. They recommend ear drops for ear mites which ended the scratching. They really made the situation better. When we picked him up they made sure to let me know they found nothing on him and told me he likely had dry skin from the baths. They gave us some helpful tips and assured me that I didn't have to rip out my carpet. They are now our go to groomer for our boy. Thank-you so much!

I can only speak to my experience in trying to fly my dog with them. I have not boarded or used their daycare services. My corrospondance was through email due to work schedules. The first email I send garnered no response for 5 days. So I forwarded them the same email and got a response. The next time I waited 2 more days, then had my girlfriend call to get a response that time. So communication was spotty at best. As far as the dog goes, he is a Doberman, and considered XL. Be aware that if you have an XL or giant breed dog, they will tell you to go have a custom crate made, contrary to what the website saying that they will help you pick the right crate for ANY animal. By this point I was done. I hadn't even gotten an estimate. I spent from August 3rd to August 20th, waiting for responses and measuring my dog multiple times. I had already traveled and had him boarded elsewhere by the time I got an estimate just for a flight, with no crate. Maybe you'll have better luck with a Chihuahua, but make sure you pay for an expensive custom crate for a bigger dog before you bother. What a pain.
