Lovely family owned store. Very helpful and they remember my dogs name and give him a treat every time we visit.

I read some of the comments on here and am surprised by the negative comments. Yes you can hear dogs barking, what do you expect when you have multiple dogs together. As for allowing people in the back, as you can read by all the various comments, everyone has a different opinion. It just goes to show that no matter what you do, you cannot satisfy everyone. BCS is a fantastic facility and they have amazing staff that are very attentive to all the animals that go there. I love the fact that they send pictures and notes when you dogs stay overnight or even just during the day and on dog walks. It is nice to have people looking after our furry family members that love them as much as we do.

Shampooch to the rescue! I am forever grateful to the staff at Shampooch for taking in my two cats on an "emergency" call. They got sprayed by a skunk and desperately needed to be shaved down. Despite a solidly booked day, and despite the horrible skunk smell, Shampooch took my cats in and did a great job. I can't thank them enough.

I have only taken my doberman there twice to have her nails trimmed. The calming nature of these two people definitely makes it a stress-free environment for any dog.

Good pet store, lots of great merchandise for pets of all kinds, fair pricing and friendly staff. Dog friendly as well.

The shop assistant ignored me for good 5 minutes. When she noticed 1 customer in the shop she was still very unhelpful. The shop has very poor selection of pet goodies.

We took my friends dog here for the weekend and they took amazing care of her. She has a very nervous disposition and my friend had a bad experience previously with a kennel. He had a lot of questions and the staff were so informative and open about their practices and schedules. They helped quell our fears and we got her back after the weekend and she was happy, well fed and groomed. She got a report card with great feedback on how she did from the trainers. I will recommend this place to anyone with a dog. We received recommendations for this place and we were happy we took that advice! Go BowDog!

Thank you for finding the perfect puppy for me. I am in love with my precious Yorkshire/Maltese. I searched 3 years before I met her. Megan put Sophia in my arms and shared her information with me. I am very impressed with the knowledge and care they have shown to me about their dogs. I feel supported and encouraged by all the staff.

If I could do less than 1 star I would.... I initially wrote a good review, but after my experience today, I need to change that. I have been to this groomer 4 times now... 1. When I arrived to pick up my 2 shihtzus they informed me they cut the puppies ear, but that it was ok. They put stop bleed on it and the girl who did it was quite upset. So I figured, mistakes happen, Archie is a puppy and squirmy. I ended up taking him to vet where he received 3 stitches. 2. I stayed and watched Archie get his cut to ensure it went ok 3. When I went to pick up both dogs, I noticed they were not together, like I was told they would be. They told me Archie (puppy) kept barking so they had to seperate them. 4. Today, the last time I will ever use there service... When I dropped both dogs off, I clearly asked for them to be kept together, as Archie is scared of the place...I was reassured they would be kept together.
