Good service. friendly staff. fully loaded store

I bought a ball python less then a week ago from this store..It just died.. It was young and covered in mites and had 2 ticks on it. As a new snake owner and didnt know what to look for.. I trusted that what I was buying was healthy and clean. I have no other pets so it did NOT originate from me. Hopefully when I call, this will all be rectified by returning my money. It's sad it really it is. I will update my outcome.

Great service pet professionals that give you hands on help and information. There are many different brands of food for many types of animals with frequent buyer bonuses for most. Staff love their jobs and it shows at the back you can have your pet groomed, bathed, nails clipped and treated with respect. Come adopt this is a regular occasion and gives new loving homes to less fortunate fur babies. This is the place to go if you love your pet and want great service.

I have been following this company for quite some time and if you know anything about the MJ and/or pet space, this is a team to watch! Gee Tina I had EXCELLENT service at Vernon Dog Grooming. My old cranky dog is VERY hard to handle and the girls did THE VERY BEST grooming job I have EVER HAD at any grooming shop in Vernon. I am VERY pleased with the transformation they did on my old girl. She looks like a puppy again!!!!!
