Awesome store and staff! I searched all around Kamloops and Salmon Arm for a proper screened chameleon terrarium but nobody stocked one except for AJ's. I called the store and they had a few to choose from and when I arrived to pick up a cage the lovely lady at the front helped me decide on the larger cage that my chameleon will grow into in no time. She was so very helpful and was able to cut me a huge deal on the new terrarium as well as they had a slightly damaged automatic mister system for super cheap. Got everything I was searching for plus more at unreal prices. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wish I was closer to AJ's, I would shop there all the time from now on but I'm 2hrs away. Highly recommend anyone to stop by and check out the store and shop at AJ's.

Wonderful organization and a great place to volunteer or foster animals.

Has most of what a farmer or pet owner needs, feed prices are still higher than Grindrod feed store.

I personally went into this groomer to book an appointment for my dog that has been groomed here in the past. I had been given a time and date for a few days later that we agreed upon. I just received a unexpected phone call from the groomer mentionning that she was cancelling my appointment and no longer wanted to groom my dog Of course I am shocked as my Westie has never been an issue not to mention that I usually "tip" my groomers. We travel (snow birds) and have never had an issue in the past and treated with such poor business practices! Good luck in your business as you have a long way to go with how you treat your clients!!
