Flower shop staff very helpful - for my mom's birthday - delivered quickly and mom said flowers were lovely (I had to place order long distance) reasonable amount spent for a happy mom

Both us humans and the Dales (Tyree & Lucy) rate the Kelowna Pet Resort as outstanding. We had dropped in for an unannounced visit back in April asking if they had any openings in September. We were coming to to Kelowna for a wedding and needed a spot for our travelling companions. The staff immediately offered a tour so we could see the facility. WOW. Super nice. Anyway fast forward to today. My son who came with me raved about the facility, the staff and the happy dales. The staff clearly care about the animals in their care and excel in every aspect of providing comfort and care to the valued members of your pack.

My two dogs are a handful, and this place has always dealt well with them. No lack of smiles from the owners, and my two pups always come home happy! The price is right, and the location is convenient for me. Highly recommended. :)

I love all the selection they have for food, toys, beds, really anything you need. The staff is always very helpful and Sarah has been a godsend with her amazing grooming skills. We have an 80lb German Shepard/Malamute cross and he’s very difficult to groom but Sarah always does an amazing job, I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else.

Great selection of animal care products, a little to the pricier side though. You can find cats, birds, fish, and small animals here. Haven't seen dogs, but they have a grooming center.

Nope. nope. nope. These people are NOT professionals. They have WAY too many dogs in the grooming room at one time and inexperienced handlers being overly rough with the energetic dogs. It is complete chaos. I'm not worried about my dog coming home with a bad haircut, I'm worried about my dog coming home with puncture wounds from another dog. In the interest of safety, take your dog elsewhere.

I take my dog Tiger here. They groom him beautifully. The groomer is very good at what she does and is very willing to hear what you like and want and present her opinion. The outcome is always great! Thank you for grooming my puppy Tiger!

This pet store is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. You can also get lots of love from the dogs of the staff.
