I have only ever come for nail trimming for my dog but have never had an issue except if they try and put my dog on the table. Usually the woman just does it while my dog is standing up, all 4 paws done in a minute or two for a low price of $10.00. Can't beat it!

Great work on my dogs hair for a summer cut. Looking forward to returning in the fall.

Most of the reviews written about Groom N Go are great. Just would like to say THANK YOU. But when I see some negative thing said, it takes me back. Mostly to the meeting with the person that is saying negative things. I have been grooming for 48 years. I treat every dog or cat as if it was mine. But some times people hear things they don't like and they assume things are not right. Like a cat meowing in a dryer. This is normal for vocal cats to do. Sorry YOU think it's cruel. If it was in harms way, I step in. Some dogs will feel out of sorts after a groom because simple they are away from there owner. It can be that simple. They do calm down after they leave and go home. Just like they do when there drop off. Lots of people misconstude this behavior, they think there pet was abused. Not the case. I always talk to them and comfort them, it's my way. For those folks that think they may have paid more than they would like, all I have to say is " if you think grooming is easy, " Try it

We do all our grooming here and I have done boarding here as well. The staff is wonderful and are dogs are well taken care of. It is very clean and I can't say enough about the staff.

Sue has helped us out right from day one! A fantastic friend and walker to Kona who always is so happy to see her! Sue has made a considerable effort to keep up to date with our training methods and even making a fantastic recommendation for our most recent dog trainer! We love getting our daily pictures and videos of Kona. We would highly recommend Sue to anyone!

This in an amazing store.The owners treat you more than a customer,they treat you like family!!! The groomers are fantastic, they treat our little Molly as if she was their own.Just this week,I called on short notice to see if we could got our little dog groomed.NO PROBLEM they said.Bring her in fri morning(called late wed.)In at 9:00 out at 10:30.Molley looks great for the wife when she gets home this weekend after being away for 3 weeks(bonus points for me)

Doggy Dooz and the day care here is very unprofessional. I saw one of the dog walkers getting mad at one poor dog for not sitting when she told him to- which he couldnt sit because he was right up against the side walk. He was out of the way of the side walkers and had no reason to sit. I have tried to get my dog groomed here also and decided against it due to the lack of professionalism and also seeing how they treat the day care fur babies. I love my baby and wouldn't ever take her here. Just looking out for the other fur parents in Kelowna!

These guys are seriously amazing!! I had to leave last minute, and Kelowna House Sitting took me on no problem. I had to leave for 4 days, and couldn't find anyone to watch my dog. They ensured she was walked, fed, loved, and even got her to the vet appointment I had scheduled earlier, I could not believe it!! They also checked on my house for me each day when they came to tend to my dog, and really gave me piece of mind. I had them flip a few light switches each time so it looked like somebody was home. I swear my plants looked greener when I got home! Definitely recommend them, and will use them again!

I have been taking my dogs here for several years & I always leave knowing they will be well loved & taken care of. They can't wait to get out of the car & run down the steps to see their friends (some with 2 legs & some with 4 😊)

The usual wasp problem at my grandma's house had become far too large and aggressive this year, so I Googled pest control in Osoyoos and Pest Detective was the first company that popped up. I scheduled an appointment and they came out within the week and took care of the numerous nests. We had over 10! It was too much for me to take care of myself, and the price was very reasonable for the service. Now I can go outside!
