Nice little pet store

I was very impressed with how it looked and how relaxed Herbie was after! It may not be his favourite thing to do but he was not super stressed when I went to pick him up. He had the same groomer for 6+ years but we both moved to new places and now we've found our new groomer! We'll be back for sure.

Knowledgeable friendly staff who always give a doggy pepperoni treat when visiting with the pooch. Quality food and products.

I went to find Buenos Aires Tetra. They had some, and a better price than anywhere else in town. Good friendly service,just a good place to shop.

I posted a photo of the nail trimming back job they did to our puppy. My partner says that they also did a couple other things without her consent. My dog was absolutely terrified! I have never seen dogs nails this bad, these people should not be allowed to touch someone's pet. Ever.

Went to see cats for adoption, place was clean and well-maintained, they have different nice programs, like volunteer program...

Donna was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great price and I loved the way my dogs haircut turned out. Really easy to book to, got in a few days.

I took my kitties in to have them spayed and neutered. They were very caring and explained what to do when I brought them home and what to expect. I did the spot program they were fixed and microcipped for $15 a cat. Since money is tight right now for me,that helped out tremendously. Also there were so many cute kitties for adoption.

We used Tritan's Tails and Trails to care for our cat while on a trip for a few days. Karen was really terrific. She was great with correspondance and checked in on every visit. She took time to play with our cat each visit which we really appreciated and I know our cat did too. She updated us with photos and messages each day which let us know our cat was in good hands. I would recommend Tritan's Tails and Trails to anybody who may be anxious to leave their pets while they are away. Karen provided a great service and we would easily call on her again.

Super friendly staff and all sorts of promotions

Since the fall, Lisa has come regularly to walk my dog on days I cannot come home for lunch. Has never missed an appointment has been incredibly flexible when I request an additional dog walk during the week. Lisa is truly a life saver. While I'm not often around when she comes, I can tell my dog is comfortable and feels safe when she comes by. Thank you Petplayland!
