Professional and friendly customer service with a high level of quality in their grooms. I brought my wife's dirty, matted Shih Tzu in and they cleaned her up better than expected! Chauvet is now my first (and only) choice for grooming my dog. 🐕

This review is for Jeff. I just had the greatest experience. I ordered a rainjacket for my dog online and was accidentally sent the wrong size, so I called to see if they had the correct size in store and I could just make an easy exchange. I spoke to a manager, Jeff, who apologized for the mix up and checked the store, but they didn't have the size I needed. I was fine with having a new order placed online, however, Jeff went above and beyond. He said that he drives by a couple different locations on his way home, and offered to check if they have the size I needed and would bring it in for me the next day. I got a call the next day and he said he was able to find the size and it would be waiting for me in store! I was blown away! I've never had better customer service; he used his personal time and effort to save me the trouble of going to another location. A million thanks, Jeff! I wish there was a way for me to send kudos to Petsmart to formally recognize you for being such a wonderful employee, and person. Thank you for making my day!

Gail is fantastic. Always friendly and willing to 'squeeze me in'. She is also one of the few groomers who will clip my cat. Very conveniently located in Brookswood.
