This pet food store has the selection of the big pet stores and has Great survives.

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Ill keep the review short but the staff is AMAZING and you can tell the dogs are always happy to come there. They have separate areas for big and small dogs and tons of sprinklers and kiddie pools to cool the doggies down on a hot day .

good customer service. my cat went in like a giant fur ball and came home cleaned up, waaaay smaller, cooler(temp) and mush happier!!

The grooming is pretty good but think twice for the dog boarding service provided by her partner! A customer's dog ran out from their back opened door, then the poor dog ended up killed by car(s). This unfortunate incident was broadcasted in Chinese media on 10th July 2017 in ‘26 minutes Magazine” by Fairchild TV. It is actually NOT the first time! Another dog got lost by her in dog walking as well. Poor Maya and Mantau.. Even worse, she takes customer's dogs to dog parks, which is proven the worst idea by all dog trainers. She is a liar! When accidents happen, she denies and makes up stories to cover it up! Since she does great jobs in hiding her faults, nobody know exactly how many dogs she has hurt, lost and killed in total! Good job, Angela! Take your risk if you leave your dogs there longer than a day!

I cannot say enough good things about Val and Waggin Tails. Be aware that Val only accepts well socialized dogs who have responsible owners. I started bringing my xoloitzquintli to waggin tails after several bad experiences at other doggie daycares. He loves going there. Absolutely loves it.

Can't really say enough about this place. Its been 5 years of nothing but the best in care, service and offering - at least for my needs and many others in Gastown. From grooming to boarding, food and treats to gear - EZDog is packed full of good stuff for you furry friend. And if I am honest there are times I feel that my dog actually loves Farrel and Aya more than she does me - and that proves to me that they take very good care of her when I leave her with them. These guys truly love animals and want to give them the best they can - and are also super diligent with socialization and interaction between dogs when in for grooming or daycare to ensure everyone has a good time. Keep it up guys : )

RC Pets makes excellent pet products and it's also a fantastic place to work!

This is my doodles favourite spot for treats baked in-house! I also love the carob flavoured cake that they made her. She definitely would've eaten the whole cake herself if she could.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff are all the most wonderful humans ever and so very helpful!!!! It looks fancy, but the prices are very reasonable. Best pet store ever!

It is so incredible to know that our dogs are safe and happy whenever they are with Katy. She is the best - whether it’s taking them for a hike or doing boarding - it’s always great. One of our girls is pretty high strung and Katy has the perfect way of making her always feel safe and secure. And her reliability is fantastic. She never cancels and we love all the pictures she sends of the dog adventures. I can’t say enough good about Furkids. There is nobody like Katy.

The overlook view beats the lake view. Go early, the parking lot fills up quick.

Always helpful and selection of high quality products is always nice to see. Will order in bigger sizes (better value!) if you ask.
