I have been shopping here for at least 12 years. Raymond is always attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I have no problem going out of my way to shop here as he goes above and beyond for his clients.

After moved out from Kits started to come every time to this location. Always picking up 24 cans variety and always ask for a carton box (spare and empty one) to carry it home. Staff is always nice but today was told that there are no boxes and got offered a plastic bag instead which got torn in 3 min as I walked out of the store. If I knew such new "policy" is in place I'd take a tote with me. Upsetting.

I brought my Cairn Terrier here for hand-striping and it's no disappointment! Morgan came highly recommended by the grooming school that I used to take my dog to for the past few years. However, they are in Surrey and a bit far from my house. She has done a great job and I couldn't be more happy!

Great local business with friendly, caring staff and excellent services including dental and grooming. We’ve been going since they opened and never been disappointed. They know my pup and she always comes out happy and looking fabulous.

Generally great service although today they receive a failing grade. Hugo the cashier serves some customers but not others. He was helping a customer when we asked if he was open(no light on) he said no and to use the other line. Literally 30 seconds later an approaching customer approaches him to pay and he accepts after just refusing us. We were still waiting in the other line and of course complained. You need to serve people in the order that they arrive Hugo. Pet Smart stay vigilant.

I shopped for a groomer for months and finally choose Unleashed , Lynn is a professional groomer and for more than year now has cared for my little dog . I get great service and Lynn does a complete and total groom . The owner is great and i love the pet play area . I have moved to the suburbs and still make the trek to Unleashed , why switch when i know what I'm getting" the best possible care for my little dog" . I trust them and they are fair priced .
