Love the quality of her stuff, unfortunately she is unreliable for online orders. I tried to order at Christmas but she was more interested in going away on vacay then fulfilling orders, so I received my $200+ order after Christmas. Decided to try again, when she posted a sale in February, to purchase a new collar for my growing puppy. It’s March, she hasn’t sent out the collar despite being contacted. It’s been over 30 days, just asked her to cancel my order. If you happen to stumble across some of her products available for purchase in-store feel confident to buy them but DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE!! Quality is good but she is not reliable.

My dog Rocky had been going through some odd behaviour, exhibiting fear and not being his normal self prior to sending him to the Dog Ranch so I was very concerned about him but really hoping some dog time would help him get over what he was going through. I was an annoying customer and emailed a few times to see how he was doing and they always greeted me with positivity and happily gave me an update. They also post pictures on their Facebook page so you can see what they are up to. When my dog was delivered back to me, he was trying to get back in the van with his new friends and since has been acting more like his old self and playing with dogs at the park and enjoying himself again. I found it quite expensive but The facility and activities here are great - this isn't a dingy kennel where your dog is trapped and alone. They are well taken care of, exercised, socialized and loved. My pup came back tired and calm and I'm so glad I sent him. I would be happy to send him back here anytime and know he will be in good hands.

All I can say is: 'Wow!' Caslyn did a super job transforming Mylo into a super handsome guy. He was already good looking, but he's a brand new pup now! I highly recommend Tidy Tails for your next grooming experience.

Always have great service from them and they understand and listen when I say that my dog has anxiety and different problems. They always take good care of him and he seems happy and ok when I pick him up, unlike other places I have taken him to. Had terrible experiences with other places when he comes back to me like he's terrified and has been treated badly. This place, even with his anxiety, he comes back to me happily and not traumatised. They are so amazing and understanding.

Ive been here once and had a good experience because the staff was very helpful and accommodating for my dog who is very large and to hyper arpund other dogs. However when i tried to call to go back the person on the phone was not willing to help or accommodate my special circumstances. Unfourtunatly i will not b going back again.

Selena has been so caring for my dog, and I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much for the extra care. You all really went above and beyond!!
