We were looking around for somewhere to take our Bernese Mountain dog for her first grooming. After searching a bit, Sweet Touch seemed to be the most cost effective. We had a FANTASTIC experience. Kelly is very kind and our dog, Marlie, really warmed up to her. She was thorough explaining everything that would be done during the grooming. When we picked Marlie up, she looked (and smelled) amazing. Kelly noticed that Marlie had warm and red ears (we've had issues with ear infections in the past so this is nothing new to us), so she provided us with some solution to use after cleaning to help with this (all for no extra charge). She also gave us a little treat to take home for Marlie which was great. A few months later, it was time to take Marlie back to get cleaned up. As soon as we called, Kelly immediately remembered Marlie then shortly after forwarded us a picture of Marlie from the last time. I just found the whole experience really great, and continue to be impressed with Kelly's attention to detail and great customer service. I would recommend the service to anyone and everyone and will always take Marlie to Sweet Touch for her groomings.

I will never come to this grooming salon ever again! I took my dog for a face clean up and nail trim. On the phone, one employee told me that the maximum amount of money that they would take was $14. We went there today and one employee said that the process would take 10 minutes. We went out of the salon and looked at some products in the store. AFTER 3 MINUTES, THE LADY SAID THAT SHE WAS DONE. We told her that we needed to clear beneath the ears and she didn’t even properly listen. The attitude of the lady was very high and she would not listen. We then went to go pay and she charged us $30! SHE SAID $14 BUT SHE CHARGED US $30. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT. WE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY! If I could give 0 stars, I would. MY FRIENDS DID NOT EVEN NOTICE THAT MY DOG GOT A TOUCH UP. PETSMART IS TRASH. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. PETSMART IS RIPPING EVERYONE OFF! This is a personal note from me to save your money. PetSmart is terrible.

Best food I ever had

My 2 Dogs have been going here for years. This is the only place I will trust with my fur babies. The staff are so friendly and patient and my pups always look great.

Jackie grooms my dog and cat, and I absolutely love her! My dog was terrified whenever she went to other groomers, but she actually likes Jackie, and is excited to see her.

Excellent service. I have been bringing my miniature schnauzer in to be hand stripped every 3 months for over a year now. Michelle does a FANTASTIC job, and I wish I had known about her sooner. She definitely has a magic touch because my dog is very grumpy when anyone else attempts to groom him. I highly recommend her!

I love this place the staff members are really polite and respectful to there customers I bought both of my chinchillas at this location and all of the accessories to go with the chinchillas. I recommend this store to other pet Lovers I'm so very happy with my visit 💚💙🖤🧡💜❤️💜❤️🧡🖤💚💙😍😍😍😍😍

Tracy is an incredible pet sitter. She cares so much for our two cats and we completely trust her with our house and kids (cats)!

I Usually just head back to the groomer, pick up some dog food and back out. Groomer is AMAZING! Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
