A year and a half ago during our kitchen remodel, our contractor brought in Jeff from Cassidy's. Jeff was awesome! He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week. Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday, another empty promise. Please find a plumber who will follow through and be honest with you.
