Plumbing

Called on a Sunday because I had an emergency, the person who answered the phone was very short and rude. When I asked if he was Janiak plumbing he said "Yea, but I'm closed for the day" I asked him if he knew anyone in the area that does emergencies he was very short and said "Check your phone book". I would not call him again if my life depended on it. Customer skills are NOT acceptable.

I've attemped to do buisness with them on two separate occasions. The first time i never received a call back for over a month and thier excuse was my paperwork got lost in a pile on someone's desk. Against my better judgement i called them again a few weeks ago because i try to support local buisness, all i needed was a part for a garage furnace. Once again have yet to receive a call back. That's no way to handle customers and i certainly won't attempt to do business with them a third time. Save yourself the headache and call someone else who cares about thier customers.

Excellent service. Very professional. Easy to schedule. If you have trouble finding a good plumber/HAVC company in Titusville area, call them. They are by far the best.

D&D HVAC and Plumbing is a very reliable company with very reasonable rates. Just this past Sunday we were having issues with our heating system. I called Dustin and left a message that he returned later that day. He came to the house and diagnosed the problem and was back to fix it the next day! Also, a couple years ago, we had an issue with the boiler. I was not yet familiar with D&D, and called another company whose representative indicated we needed a new boiler. I called 2 other companies in the area and informed them of the diagnosis of the first company I called. They too assumed I needed to replace the boiler and proceeded to give me estimates. I leaned about D&D through a friend and called Dustin. I told him about the diagnosis. He said, "Before I quote a price for a new boiler, let's make sure you need one." He said we didn't need to replace it! He fixed it for a couple hundred dollars! That was better than the 6,000 - $8,000 for a new one! The boiler is still doing the job. Needless to say I had found a new plumbing company - D&D!!! I highly recommend them!!

I can't believe the poor reviews - my experience was great. I needed new taps in the laundry room, and within 24 hrs of my call, Tim was at the door and did a quick, efficient and perfectly wonderful fix. We couldn't be happier and relieved!

Morgan at Lalande troubleshot a pressure tank problem for me today. He was extremely helpful and saved me a ton of grief. Lalande is now my go to plumber in the Napanee area. First rate customer service. Thank you.
