I have had one of the worst experiences with these guys. I am a remote owner so maybe that has something to do with it. I had a small section of sewer replaced in Feb for a tenant which according to the tenant took about two hours. I was charged over 1000/hr. Part of that was to clean out the rest of the pipe which was not done. The tenant complained to me that the ground was not covered up completely and they had to do the rest. I still have a problem with that sewer and asked them to look at it. Three weeks went by without any response. When called back, without coming out a looking at it, they want to charge me another $3500 to repair something they are diagnosing without even looking at it. There must be a disconnect here somewhere as i am reading some good reviews, but this is perhaps the worst i have ever experienced.

Want to write about a bad plumbing experience. Saturday night our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Temperature was -5F with wind chill. In the morning I called Assured Plumbing I was told over the phone that they will charge me $200 dispatch fee but if I let them do the work they will subtract that from the cost of the work. When the plumber arrived he saw that my boiler is making noise from the inducer fan motor. He immediately was ready to leave since he didn't have that part. Didn't even try to remove it to see why it's making noise. I paid $200 for nothing. He also left me with a proposal for $1025 to replace it.I found the part online for $389.00 +tax. I picked up the part In the next morning and installed it myself in 20 minutes. So the contractor wanted to charge me $600 labor charge for 20 minutes of work. When I call the contractors office about it he said Yes $600 for labor of 20 minutes and that the way he can stay in Buisiness.I replied that what it cost to lose customers and get out of Buisiness. This place is aweful do not go here they will rip you off at all costs!!!

Used them for service on rental property. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their prices are competitive. Customer service is courteous and professional. Company is large enough so that you get a live person when you call during business hours. They provide 24 hour service. Estimates a pretty accurate. Company vehicles with insignia arrive on the job. There time of arrival is accurate and consistent.

These guys really know their stuff and are fast and friendly. Wish I had called them first. Our technician Chris easily solved an issue another company's poorly trained tech couldn't figure out. They even came out the same day I called. We highly recommend them!
