People are very helpful.

They charged me 125$ "fee" just to come out, nothing was fixed or repaired. a valve that was turned off, was turned on.

Replaced a section of cracked sewer line for me inside my basement, on a Sunday, in less time than estimated, including the time check for leaks and make other pitch adjustments throughout my basement. Generally, just seems like a good guy to work with.

Friendly helpful staff, have most everything for diy and the professional.

We tried others but "John" was far and away the most professional, cordial of all. The prices are reasonable, the clean up complete and the plumber was obviously excellent at his work and his job knowledge was vast. I'm sold.

They were expedite to solve the problem. Didn’t had to wait 3 days compare to my 2 previous phone call to other plumbers shop. Came within the same day of the call!

This company did work that was not necessary. The so called plumber that came out installed 2- 1/2" pex ball shutoff valves. The worse part about this scenario is the fact that this didn't fix the problem. Nor was it necessary. Then he informed the homeowner that the shower faucet needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to tell them it would cost $ 500.00. Let me recap: $ 285.00 to install 2 shutoffs and the service call. Plus an additional $ 500.00 plus sales tax to install a shower faucet. The people who needed the work performed are Retired and on Social Security. They could not afford to have this company fix their shower and the plumber was told to leave without completing the job. However, they now have 2 shutoffs 3 feet apart on the cold line and the same repeated on the hot. This is worthless and unacceptable. When confronted about the cost he claimed the new faucet alone would cost $ 200.00. This is not true! All the parts to complete the job cost a total of $ 121.85 and This even includes the sales tax. My Advise, Be careful and get more than one estimate.

I had no hot water and a flooded basement. My first time experiencing this so i was preparing for the worst. I spoke to one gentleman on the phone who was helpful and got another man here within the time he said he would be here. The man that showed up was friendly and answered any and all questions i had. He had the problems all fixed within half an hour. Thank you!!
