Plumbing

Called Jantzi Plumbing for an emergency and they made time to come out immediately. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

No show!! Waisted a morning to go and meet with them from South Jersey!! They didn't even have the curtousy to call me and reschedule.

Been my plumber since I built my home over 20 years ago. Family run business has been in business for a long time. They built a showroom in the last few years as well. Always friendly.

Our water heater sprung a leak a couple of days ago, on a Thursday afternoon. After a few calls to other plumbers in the area who were not able to come look at the heater until the next morning, Gary McQuaide came to look at the heater at 8:30 p.m. that night and determined that it needed replacing. Two of his people came at 10:30 on Friday morning and installed the new heater, but found that a replacement part needed to be ordered to get the ignition switch to work. Rather than have us wait until Monday to have the part installed, Mr. McQuaide came by on Friday afternoon and promptly fixed the problem. He also pointed out a couple of other maintenance issues in the house that would eventually need to be addressed, and he reiterated the importance of having working carbon monoxide detectors in the house at this time of year and checked to make sure that we had them on each floor. He was patient, friendly, and helpful, and thanks to him, our hot water will be working through this weekend of snow and freezing rain and beyond. Thank you, Gary!

I needed a couple of items for my water softener installation. So I asked for the parts at A-1 and they said they could get them from the distributor. As I needed them quickly I went to the distributor (Emco) myself to pick them up. When I got there I realized that the wrong parts had been ordered. So while there I got exactly what I needed, but the supplier needed to call back to A-1. After the supplier was done talking with A-1 the supplier told me that A-1 felt the charges were similar enough to just call it even. Considering I could find the same items online for under 16 dollars total and they charged me $48, I am not happy. Not only did they not listen to what I wanted the first time, they had the balls to cheat me out of more money because of it. I will not go back ever,

Great professional service highly recommend

John is prompt and honest in his assessment. He give multiple options for solution for large issues and includes cost and life estimate on his plumbing repairs needed on my properties. Sylvie, his wife who handles the billing is also a pleasure to deal with. The tenants also appreciate his professionalism and demeanor. He is now my number 1 guy to go to for plumbing in my properties in Moncton, Shediac or Memramcook. Thank you John!

Please let your employee, Samuel Levesque, know, he needs a new pair of work pants. He came to pick up an old water heater at our place, and the the butt crack showing on him was definitely not professional!

This guy knows his stuff. He's quick and efficient, knowledgable and very reasonably priced. Very honest. Has even been a teacher in the plumbing trade. We have used his services twice now and we are extremely pleased.
