Plumbing

Amazing service - fast, polite and very professional! Couldn't have made a better choice!

Excellent service

Great company to work with. Great prices with quality work

Always professional, knowledgeable, prompt service with very fair prices. They have been able to diagnose and repair all of our plumbing and heating needs, as well as resolve issues created by other contractors cutting corners. I highly recommend this company.

Called Rick to help with my gunked up sand point well. Did an amazing job and got everything fixed up working better then ever. I have never had water pressure like this. It is like a brand new house. Ricks a real master of his craft and I really appreciate the work he did.

Sold me 3 heat pumps on the premise I’d get $6500 in rebates. I paid up front ($11,000). They sent me the rebate steps and booked my install. I register for rebate. Install is booked for Dec 7. Energy auditor schedules a date of Dec 13. December 2 - I email heat pump company to see if it’s ok that the install is happening first. No response. I assume it is fine. Install happens. Energy Auditor comes the week after and says he cannot do the audit - because of the install. Heat pump company does not take any responsibility for the mix up (even after not responding to the email). Tells me the only thing they can do is uninstall the heat pumps for $1000 (in Feb) so the audit can happen and I can get my rebate. Not a great experience. Would never recommend this company.

Get customer service! Strongly recommended.

We had a leak in the basement and called MacKinnon that evening. Two good lads came in the next day at 8:30, fixed it up and were out by 10:30. They were friendly and quick to get things sorted. One recommendation for the future would be to clean up after themselves. This is winter, they just walk through the house with their dirty boots on, pick up their things and walk out. Leave the place as you found it is a professional courtesy any customer has the right to expect.
