Excellent communication before, durring, and after my work. Daniel was friendly, fast, and took time to check his work before leaving. Their final price was less then all 6 other bids as well! They will have my business everytime.
Black Cat Plumbing

Amazing work, amazing customer service. Both Mike and Josh are top notch communicators, always giving me project updates, setting clear expectations on costs and timelines, etc. And they did an amazing job on a full residential repipe at our 100+ year old house. Couldn't be happier with their work or professionalism
Meridian Plumbing
480 E Franklin Rd ## 100, Meridian, Idaho, 83642, United States
Meridian sent Brian to our house. He was quick, thorough, prompt and clean. What more can you ask of a craftsman. He was more than that. Besides being extremely competent craftsman, he stayed for an extra long day to give us hot water before he left. He was very helpful and forthcoming on our problems recommending resources to contact to repair damages done to our sub-floor by the leak. Great Guy!

Made appointment to get my new dishwasher installed. Terry did a fantastic job and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company. One thing I don't really like is the charge for mileage, as I believe traveling to customers is the cost of doing business. I was notified up front about it and I agreed, but I haven't seen that in other companies who do service work (not yet at least).
A A Johnny's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Ltd
8221 Davies Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T6E 4N1, Canada
I am the manager of AA Johnny's Sewer and drain. I was sick for a while and unfortunately my guys were left scrambling to try and cover. Rebecca had not been called back until i returned to work. I had called her and found out what had happened. After verifying with my staff what had happened she was given a full refund for the second visit.
Unfortunately I do not know who Colten Anderson is. We do use an answering service to answer our phones as i am usually on a truck helping customers myself. My answering service does not know the name either.
Smash plumbing & gasfitting ltd.
6924 22 Avenue Southwest, Edmonton, Alberta, T6X 0V4, Canada
I wanted to be the first person to recommend Shawn. He is professional and does fantastic work. We needed work done at a property which is around 2 hours north/east of Edmonton. Finding a plumber/gasfitter is very challenging especially in remote locations, but Shawn did not hesitate to offer his services. He was patient with me and answered all my questions, his rates were fair and most importantly he showed up when he said he would, no issues what-so-ever. I would highly recommend him for any work you have for your plumbing/gasfitting needs.

Our hot water tank went down Thursday night, they were the only ones who answered the phone promptly (no voicemail) when I started calling around Friday morning. They were able to get parts and have it fixed Friday night so we didn't have to wait any longer for hot water. Amazing service

This is a horrible company to deal with, they took 3 days to repair my hot tank, and then they still changed me to do the install the part that was covered under warranty.
