Apparently personal appearance matters when getting service from this company.

Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very friendly, thorough, and very professional. His work and efforts went well beyond our expectations. We had a toilet flange that needed replacing and he and my husband were able to come up with options within our budget to fix our one toilet in the household.

Got a call from Trevor Stuber himself to Come to work for the company so quit A good job to try something better as he worded it drove to cnrl Kirby lake worked one day then the super star foreman Ken Warwick says oh I hope you left your last job on good terms cause we don’t have a seat for you as we all of a sudden don’t have the work we expected so thanks for throwing me under the bus The best part is they pay monthly well supposed to pay monthly October 31,2017 comes along an no money deposited into my account I text the payroll lady an ask why I haven’t received any money an no response an no pay stub Finally two days ago I receive a pay stub saying they owe me x amount of dollars have my banking statements for the date I was supposed to be paid an nope no money Contact by text message an get an answer that I’m Ridiculous an I was paid so on so forth call the office an buddy on the phone is nothing but ignorant an unprofessional so I guess next step will be the labour board I don’t recommend this company to anyone unless you wanna work for free

If you can't find something somewhere else in Barrhead this is the place you should have tried first! Very friendly and helpful staff!

I wish I could choose no stars. Or maybe negative stars. 1. After providing a complete description of our issue and the part needed, and being assured that they had all parts necessary to fix anything wrong with my hot water heater (and then being billed for time and mileage for them to make an out-of-area call), they did not bring the part, nor did they have it in stock, and actually made the issue worse during their inspection. 2. Due to the above issue, I worked out a deal with the owner (perhaps the owner's son? Justin) to have them install a new tank but not charge me the full amount for the initial useless money-grabbing service call. They could not do this as quickly as other companies could have, but I didn't want to be stuck with the first bill. 3. After paying the agreed-upon amount, I was then billed again for an additional amount that was not the first bill, or any other number that had been previously mentioned. When I called to clarify, it was insinuated that I am a liar (despite they being the liars, and incompetent liars at that), and I was told that if I did not pay, they would either send the bill to a collections agency, or I could take them to small claims court. Despite the water heater working, it took over a month for it to be installed from the first service call, and they seem to attempt to find every possible way to wring money out of young families that obviously need working hot water. They were also consistently terrible at returning calls. Do not recommend. Stay far away.

I had to have Bros Plumbing come to fix and empty my toilet in my 5th wheel. I live here full time. I actually thought they were another plumbing company when I called. That company had come in December for the same reason. But it didn't stop, and it had now overflowed. This company told me they didn't work on RV's and the head guy said he really didn't know about RV's. But they worked and worked and solved the main problem, sucked all the horrible smelling stuff out, got rid of the clog which had been there for some months, and were so pleasant and friendly! Never criticized me for the problem and didn't give up. I so appreciate these guys (Wes and Andy) and the professional and courteous help they gave me! To the person who answered the phone, I apologize for telling you they had come in December when you told me your company didn't handle RV's. I thought I had called another company.

They were efficient and did the work well at a fair price.
